| 1 | Following work is to be carried out for repairing of 145 kV CGL make Circuit Breaker (Spring Charging type) on urgent basis as detailed below.1.132 kV spring charge ckt breaker(CGL make)of 132 kV Capacitor bank at 220 kV S/S,Rasra Taking out defective ratchet by opening closing spring with the help of fixure plate and other associated tools,removing of big and small pawls and defective bearing from mechanism assembly,fixing of bearing ratchet assembly,black bolt,big and small pawls along with torsion springs.Removing of fixture tool from mechanism.Charging of closing spring manually as well as electrically ON/OFF operation of CB from local and remote.Above work is inclusive of supply of bearing ratchet assembly,black bolt,big and small pawls along with torsion springs |
| 2 | Following work is to be carried out for repairing of 220 kV CGL make Circuit Breaker (Spring Charging type) on urgent basis as detailed below. 1.Servicing and rectification of mechanism and auxialiary contact block including replacement of auxialiary contact assembly(6NO+6NC) on 220 kV Rasra(400 kV) bay at 220 kV S/S, Rasra Opening of auxialiry contact block.Removing of auxialiary states(3 Nos) of 6 NO+ 6 NC by opening of wiring,fixing of new blocks and rewiring of the same.Opening of closing coil,trip coil assembly,opening of anti pumping pin assembly.Cleaning and derusting of all these parts.Lubrication of the same.Cleaning and greasing of holding latch assembly,De-rusting and lurication of mechanism assembly.Checking of closing spring,tripping spring and shock observer for any defectand rectification of the same.Re-tightening of all electrical connections.ON/OFF operation of CB,antipumping operation of CB.Measurement of closing and tripping time.Above work is inclusive of supply of 03 no. 6 NO+NC rotary auxialiary contact block. |
