Division - I, Prayagraj with all cost of man, material, T&Ps as per technical specification for proper completion of work with due safety and precautions as per direction of supervising engineer. |
| 2 | Complete drain out of T/F oil from the existing 20 MVA into empty oil drums. |
| 3 | Shifting and stacking of filled oil drum with discarded T/F oil to store room of 132 KV S/S Gyanpur |
| 4 | Cleaning of core and winding by transformer oil and removal of sludge from bottom of main tank. |
| 5 | Filling of dry Nitrogen Gas having DEW point(-) 70 deg celcius to (-) 75 deg Celcius under vaccum from top value of the transformer upto pressure of 3 PSI and maintaining the same in the main tank for 12 hrs. including cost of Nitrogen gas & Nitrogen gas filling device. |
| 6 | Centrifuging of transformer oil in transformer tankby connecting centrifuging pipes, circulating the transformer oil through centrifuging machine to be provided by the contractor and taking the BDV values of the oil periodically till the required value isachieved as per direction of supervising engineer and also measurement of PPM. All labour T&Ps, Centrifuging Machine shall be provided by contractor at his own cost. |
| 7 | Spray painting of 20 MVA T/F-I with one coats of red oxide and two coats smoke grey good quality enamel paint after cleaing of rust, dust and oil spots etc. |
| 8 | Sampling, collection and transportation of T/F-II oil for conducting following test from NABL approved lab and submission of test reports and repeating the same job after 15 days of charging of transformer. |
