Dismantling of existing 200mm Y strainer from condenser water line with the help of cutting machine/ welding machine, removing the same from the site with the help of heavy labour including supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of new 200mm Y strainer of Ductile CI body flanged ends with stainless steel strainer for condenser water circulation without insulation but including paiting with 2 or more coats of primer and suitable enamel paint complete as per requirement of Engineer In-charge. The Rates shall be inclusive of the buy back material.

Servicing and Chemical cleaning of following capacity AHU\"s including cleaning of chocked cooling coil copper tube (internally ) of the existing Central A.C. plant AHU for removal of accumulated scale organic descalent should be circulated through the copper tubes along with chilled water from the expansion tank and then the system flush with mild alkali and fresh water for removal of trace of organic descalent including through cleaning of cooling coil external fins after dismantling the side cover, air filter etc, by using caustic soda & detergent powder then painting with one coat of red oxide and one coat of syntheticenamel paint complete fitting, fixing etc as required. After servicing of AHUs, the AHU should be back in original condition and in operation properly complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Replacement of worn-outpillow block bearing of 25000CFM blower, by dismantling the AHU and taking out the Shaft after removing the cooling coil unit then again refitting them after the work andalignment balancing the same for smooth running of the runner, i/ c worn-out nuts, bolts, washer gaskets etc. and also assembling, re-fixing, re-fitting, testing, commissioning,trial run etc. complete as required (The installed materials must be matched with existing machineries) The Rates shall be inclusive of the buyback material.

Dismantling the 25000 CFM AHU Blower motor of 15HP capacity from its position and opening the same part by part for thorough overhauling, cleaning oiling, greasing, heat varnishing the stator coil including changing of bearing No- 6309 and 6310 then re-assembling, re-installing, commissioning, trial run etc. complete as required. The Rates shall be inclusive of the buyback material.

Dismantling, Servicing and repairing of 15 HP condenser water pump motor including ,replacement of required sizes bearings i.e bearing No- 6309 and 6310 and oiling/ greasing of all rotating parts and reinstall its original position with proper alignment complete etc as required . The Rates shall be inclusive of the buyback material.

Dismantling the existing worn out/rusted ducts and existing XLPE 13mm insulation at various places in Talkatora stadium with the help of cutting machine /grinder at various height levels with the help of long ladders, removing the same from site and supplying, fabrication, testing commissioning of 0.8mm thick GI sheet duct sheet (metal rectangular ducting) complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, vanes, hangers, supports etc. complete at site including pasting of high grade 13mm XLPE mat sheet on the existing new duct with the help of good quality fevicol/ sticking material to protect it from birds/ animals/ insects complete job as per satisfaction of site engineer (The Rates shall be inclusive of the buyback material).
