8Material and labour forPCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
9Material and labour for cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) (using 20mm size crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains finished even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.
10Material and labour for providing cement concrete type C-1 (1:3:6) (using 20mm size crushed stone aggregate) lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specified and as directed.
11Material and labour cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
12Material and labour for RCC M-25 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) (design mix) for fundations, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc. and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.
13Material and labour for reinforced design Mix M-35 concrete (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, including raft footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for column etc., basement slabs, underreamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
14Material and labour for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
15Material and labour for use & waste of formwork for fair finished surface to side of concrete foundations, footings, raft and raft beams, plinth beams, and similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

20Supply and fixing of hard drawn steel wire fabric of weight not exc 4kg per sqm cut to lengths, bent toshape required and tying with and including mild steelwire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia supplied and fixed in reinforcement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
21Supply and fixing of steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed.
22Supply and fixing of Plates (plain or chequered) channels, Fe-410-W (Gde 250) quality A, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and as directed.
23Material and labour for mild steel bolts, purpose made, with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends; exc. 20mm dia but n. exc. 25mm dia each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc. 30cm long complete all as specified and as directed.
24Supply and fixing of Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating Gl based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick coloured having pitch 190mm, depth 29mm and tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with aluminium self tapping screws size 50/75mm and aluminium washers of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.
25Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour/tint over a coat of red oxide and over 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified as directed.
26Material and labour for Grouting 25mm thick under stanction bases or grillages etc. including any temporary shuttering to edges with cement mortar (1:2) complete all as specified and as directed.
27Material and labour for 150mm thick granular sub base with shingle or gravel, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
28Material and labour for forming expansion joints of width exc. 10mm and not exc. 16mm, upto required depth as specified by special tool like concrete cutter, wire/ coir brushes/ machines and joints cleaned throughly with application of compressed air, making free all the loose material i.e dust, dirt etc and filling with polyurethane joint sealant single component using mechanical means to a depth of 8mm (depth above backup rod) with min performance guarantee of 5 years and min movement accommodation facter (MAF) + 30% confirming to the requirements of BS- 5212 and EN-141875-2003 for Hydrolysis testincluding 2 coats of primer and filling the balance racked depth of joint with backup material i.e closed cell polyethylene to ensure tight packing so that no gaps or avoid exist at the top of backup material separated by bond breaker tape over suitable size in position where required and as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
29Supply and fixing of standard wall UPVC pipe (SCH-40) 254mm nominal size for installation of fair LED tube complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Surface of pipe at joints must be cleaned with oatey or equivalent grade solvent cement cleaner. (ii) The rates inclusive of solvent cement primer and solvent cement used for jointing of pipe. (iii) Rate inclusive of all necessary items for jointing of pipe i.e bends etc.
30Material and labour for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
31Material and labour for prepration of horizontal and vertical surface, providing and applying single component elastic cold polyurethene modified acrylic coating based on modified polyurethene and fully fibre reinforced. All crackes upto 3mm at corner joints shall be trated with crack seal three coats including one coats of primer of urethene BTD/ Sikaelastic 560/ Smart care damp proof having coverage @ 0.75 Kg/m2 and dilution upto 10% and laying reinforced fibre net and applying two coats of shaliurethe BTD/ Skiaelastic 560/ Smart acre damp proof ultra @ total consumption 2 Kg/m2 in two coats for maintaining min dry film thickness 1.5 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
32Material and labour for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads, pavements and the like exc 10cm wide with adequate no of coats of water based road marking paint (white, orange, yellow, red, black or any color) including prepration of surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
33Material and labour for providing expansion or non-shrinking grout (M-35) cast into the sleeves around the bolt when equipment is set for holding down bolts machinery, stanchions, etc. including temporary forms or moulds complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The quantity of Grout mixed would be as per manufacturing instruction.
34Material and labour for broken stone or boulders for hardcore of gauge exc. 63 but not exc. 100mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and well rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.
35Supply and laying of 400 micron HDPE sheet complete all as specified and directed.
36Material and labour for forming contraction (dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade "A" complete all as specified and as directed.
37Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
38Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick-work or on one side of lathing finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
39Material and labour for reinforced concrete pipes 200mm dia , class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed.
40Material and labour for concrete bed type C-2 (1:3:6) to drain pipes 200mm diaincluding packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.
41Material and labour for assembling and installation of Static Aircraft Arresting Gear (AAGs) by providing requisite manpower and T&P including grouting of anchor bolts complete all as directed and as per Drg No ENG420987-Rev-2.Note : (i) All parts of arresting gear will be supplied by OEM/ Air Force Authority. (ii) Expertiese supervision will be provided by the OEM.

43Supply, install, testing and commissioning of feeder pillar box factory made outdoor type made out of MS sheet (CRCA) of thickness not less than 3mm of size 50X50X30 cm with aluminium bus bar strip 4 Nos of 100 Amp rated suitable for 1100 volt (LT) mounted on LT porcelain insulator front opening door two leaf braced with hinged, mounted on 4 Nos of angle iron 50X50 mm duly welded with box and grouted in PCC block of size 30 cm X 30 cm X 15 cm in concrete 1:3:6 top of box MS sheet duly bent in slope, tapper with projection of 30 mm on all side, weather/vermin proof with high quality of rubber bedding on panel door, cable entry arrengements at bottom includes earthing terminals 2 Nos at both side and painting with two coats of smoke grey stove enameled paint over a primer coat comprising with following complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge :- (i) INCOMING : - (a) MCCB,4 pole, fixed type 25 Amps,16 KA rating-01 No (b) Indicator with LED lamps for RYB phase (c) Digital Ammeter (0-100)Amps with CT coil - 01 No (d) Digital Voltmeter (0-500)Volts - 01 No (ii) OUTGOING : - (a) MCCB,4 pole, fixed type 16 Amps,16 KA rating-02 Nos (b) 16 Amp industrial socket with MCB control 16 Amp - 01 No (c) 06 Amp industrial socket with MCB control 06 Amp - 01 No
44Supply, laying and testing UG cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Straight cable joint will be provided by contractor and shall deemed to be inclusive in unit rate.
45Supply, laying and testing UG cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Straight cable joint will be provided by contractor and shall deemed to be inclusive in unit rate.
46Material and labour for sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying the cable (punned down to 18 cm depth after laying the streching of cable) complete allas specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness of sand to be considered for measurement purpose.
47Material and labour for brick protection with sub class "B" bricks (old size) laid dry, flat in trenches over cable with longest dimmension perpendicular to the axis of the cable complete allas specified and directed.
48Supply and fixing of galvanised pipe light grade of 80 mm dia for cable protection on pole/ wall/ floor/ or in trenches and drain etc complete with necessary clamp, nut, bolts and washers and socket and making good the disturbed surface of wall , floor or roof etc complete all as specified and directed.
49Supply, fixing and testing of MCCB 40 Amp, 415 volt, 16 KA, 4 Pole complete all as specified and directed.
50Material and labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surroundedfrom all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connected by galvanised iron strip 32 mm x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers connected to test termination point protected by 40 mm bore GI pipe light grade and GI pipe light grade 20 mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 including excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as specified and shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part i complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) The unit rate shall including for GI water pipe protection pipe with mesh, funnel, excavation, RCC pit cover, PCC, test point, GI strip 32 x 6 mm from top of earth plate upto 7 mtr. (ii) PCC pitshall be provided atleast 1.5m away from the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fixing junction, elbows etc. shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (iii) RCC pit cover shall be percast of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 80 mm thick reinforced with XPM weighting not less than 4kg/sqm in lieu of cast iron cover.
