9INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY
10Supply and fixing 15 mm bore angle valve of cast copper alloy chromium plated, fancy type, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.
11INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION
12Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.00 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised steel earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel including PCC Pit in 12:4 type B-1 angle iron frame with RCC cover and handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil medium grade GI watering pipe 20mm bore with funnel and wire mesh and light grade Gl protection pipe 15mm bore upto main board complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Sch 2009 (Part I) connected to main control board as specified and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.
13Notes: (i) The unit rate includes Gi pipe up to 7.5m for protection of earth lead. For any additional length the same shall be adjusted through deviation order. (ii) The unit rate includes main earthing lead/strip from earth electrode to test point up to 7.5 meter
14Supply & Fixing Bracket made out of GI light grade pipe of size 40 mm dia 1.5 mtr long bend to an angle of 120 degree with 02 Nos MS clamp 50mm x 50mm and 04 sets of nuts, bolts and washers painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.
15Material & Labour for Sub main wiring using two single core PVC insulated and unsheathed fire retardant low smoke and halogen(FR-LSH) 4.0 Sqmm muiti stranded copper conductor cable confirming to IS:694 using approved colour code for phase and neutral and 4.0 sqmm copper conductor PVC insulated FRLSH cable as earth wire using approved colour code as per IS code drawn through non metallic PVC rigid conduit, 20 mm outer dia (ISI marked) heavy mechanical stress (HMS) grade in accordance with IS:9537 (Part 3) having wall thickness not less than 2.0 mm thick and external dia as above (which shall be increased as per actual site requirement in accordance with clause No 19.125 of SSR Part I (IS marked)) including conduit accessories like bends, tees, junction boxes etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
16Note :- 2 runs of 4 Sqmm copper cable & 1 run of 4 Sqmm copper cable and 20mm PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit.
17EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY
18Material and labour for cutting of PCC/ Hard Standing/WBM road up to 1.5mtr depth below the normal ground level for laying of GI/CI/DI pipes size upto 100mm dia pipe across the road in horizontal position complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Work for making good with PCC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.
19Material and labour for drilling of bore manually in soft/loose soil under the road/hard standing/near culvert/near nallah for protection pipe up to 200mm bore complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Depth of bore shall not be more than 1.0m below normal ground level.
20Supply and laying in trenches ductile iron pipes, socket and Spigot ends, of size DN100 mm dia bore, ISI marked Centrifugally Cast (Spun) Ductile Iron Pressure pipes conforming to IS:8329 classification K-9 rating with nominal wall thickness not less than 6.0mm, suitable for push-on-joint(Rubber gasket-D jointing) with cement mortar lining inside the pipes and outside zinc coating with Bituminous finish coat as per IS:8329 complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Rates shall be inclusive of EPDM push on joint.
21Supply and fixing DI fitting for DI spigot and socketed / flanged ends pipes like bends (any type, radius and angle) increasing, decreasing or double socketed / flanged tee pieces single branch "Y" junction double branch, cross collars caps and plugs, connecting pieces one end flanged and other end socket or spigot and bell mouth pieces one end flanged other end tapering as bell mouth suitable for up to 200mm bore pipe complete all as specified. Notes :- (i) The weight of the fitting for the purpose of payment shall be actual weight of the fitting or as specified in IS code whichever is less. (ii) Unit rate per Kg shall be inclusive of rate for Jointing materials such as rubber tyton joint.
22EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION
23Material and labour for cutting of PCC/Hard standing/WBM road not exceeding 45cm in width not exceeding 60cm in depth for passing of cable and making good of disturbed surface to match with the existing surfaces by using old and new maTetrial i.e. bitumen/ PCC(1:3:6) type C1 complete all as specified and as directed. (Wk-1 - 100 RM, Wk-2 - 100 RM)
24Material and labour for boring of holes under road, pavement, runway, taxi track, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultrasound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150mm nominal dia PE 80 grade 0.4Mpa working pressure for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed. (Wk-1 - 100 RM, Wk-2 - 80 RM) Notes:- (i) HDPE pipe shall be laid minimum 60cm below the surface. (ii) 30 RM quantity in the total of 80 RM is for External Water Supply.
25Taking out of damaged/ unserviceable/ Old LT cable from pipe/in pole/ duct/ trench/under road/hardstanding/wall/roof etc. 1100 volts grade heavy duty of size 16-185 sqmm 3.5/4 core with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape as required complete all as specified and as directed. (Wk-1 - 1200 RM, Wk-2 - 1800 RM)
26Taking out of damaged/ unserviceable/ Old HT cable from pipe/in pole/ duct/ trench/under road/hardstanding/wall/roof etc. 11000 volts grade heavy duty of size 120 sqmm 3 core with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape required complete all as specified and as directed. (Wk-2 - 600 RM)
27Taking out of old/damaged feeder pillar box/LT Panel from site including foundation work, lugs, glands etc. and getting the disturbed area smooth and even complete all as specified and as directed. (Wk-1 - 5 Nos, Wk-2 - 6 Nos)
28Dismantling and taking out of steel tubular pole 9.0 mtr long swaged type carefully along with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws, junction boxes etc. and transporting to site for reuse at new locallon complete all as specified and as directed. (Wk-1 - 30 Jobs, Wk-2 - 4 Jobs)
29Material and labour for straight through joint heat shrinkable type suitable for XLPE underground cat of size 25 to 50 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed. (Wk-2 - 2 Nos)
30Material and labour for straight through joint heat shrinkable type suitable for XLPE underground cat of size 70 to 150 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed. (Wk-2 - 2 Nos)

(B) INCOMER (i) MCCB 400 Amp 4 pole confirming shall conform to IS : 13947 (Part 3) and IEC-60947 (Part 2), 36 KA, electronic trip unit, Overload release- electronic release with adjustment of 0.4 to 1.0 In ,Short circuit release -electronic release with adjustment of 1,5 to 10.0 setting complete with phase seperator - 01 No (C) OUTGOING (i) MCCB 160 Amp 4 pole confirming shall conform to IS : 13947 (Part 3) and IEC-60947 (Part 2)., 36 KA, thermal magnetic release, adjustable overload release 64-100% of nominal current and adjustable short cit release 3.5 to 10 ln setting complete with phase seporator - 02 Nos) (ii) MCCB 100 Amp 4 pole confirming to IS : 13947 (Part 3) and IEC-60947 (Part 2), 16 KA, thermal magnetic release. adjustable overload release 70-100% of nominal current and adjustable short cit releaze fixed magnetic type suitable for 10 in setting complete with phase seperator - 02 Nos (Wk-2 - 3 Jobs) Notes: (i) Contractor shall submit the following Test report i.e. IP Test Report and verification of short circuit withstand test report issued by CPRI in respect of LT Panel (ii) Contractir shall submit drawing for approval prior to placing order.
51Material and labour for aluminium cable route marker of size 100 mm dia, round, 5 to 6 mm thick, two hole for mounting, 3 mm embossed letter complete all as specified and as directed. (Wk-1 - 100 Nos, Wk-2 - 40 Nos) Note:- Spacing between route markers shall be as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
52Supply and fixing hot pressed moulded Glass reinforced polyester sheet moulding compound (SMC) Junction box of dimensions 225mm x 295mm x 120mm, SMC confirming to IS: 13410:1992 Grade S1 ,IP 55, thickness of SMC sheet not less than 1.5mm, outdoor type, single door hinged with front side opening, weather proof, suitable locking arrangement at front, arrangement for incoming and out going cable entry at the bottom, earthing arrangement using One no. of Earthing bolt of MS with 2 nuts and 2 washers provided on RH side of box, Earthing sign to be provided near to earthing bolt complete all as specified and as directed and comprising of the followings:-
53(i) Three phase and neutral bus bar duly colour coded of capacity 100 amps using aluminium strips of size 25mm x 4mm mounted on epoxy resin base insulators, drilled holes for cable connection on bus bar including provision of PVC cable of suitable size and length from bus bar to MCB, 2 nos cable glands (ii) MCB SPN 16 Amps, - 02 Nos (iii) Provision of clamp for mounting on pole/wall, clamp made from 20mm x 1.5mm flat iron of suitable shape and length duly fixed with nuts & bolts on the rear side of box (Wk-1 - 30 Nos, Wk-2 - 4 Nos)
54Labour only for erection of steel tubular pole 9.0mtr long retreived from Serial Item No. __ above in good condition, pole erected in true vertical pusition complete with cast iron base plate, finial, taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws and fixing of cross arms etc. including making connections complete all as specified and as directed. (Wk-2 - 20 Jobs) Note : Earthwork, PCC 1:4:8 and PCC 1:2:4 shall be measured and paid separately.
55Material and labour for painting to old steel tubular pole 9.0mtr long alongwith arms, channels, bracings, clamps, nuts & bolts complete after cleaning and perparation of surfaces and externally painted with two coats of red oxide primer and two coats of alimunium paint for expose surfaced, two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embeded in concrete, painting three black/white bands at lower portion of pole each of 300mm x 300mm spacing, writing pole No. with black paint in yellow paint circle 10cm dia at height complete all as specified and as directed. (Wk-2 - 101.80 Sqm)
56Material and labour for transportaion of boom barrier (02 Nos) from Link F to desired location at a distance of not more than 4.0 Km by engaging skilled manpower and machinery, servicing of barrier as per OEM recommendation and instructions, installation of barrier alter servicing at desired location includig excavation and foundation work and any other work required at site for smooth functioning of boom barrier complete all as specified and as directed. (Wk-2 - 1 Job) Note :- Any damages caused to boom barrier due to negligency during transporation shall attract repair/replacement of parts and the cost of the same shall be borne by the contractor.
