| 1 | Material and labour for preventive and periodical maintenance of 01 No electric operated OTIS Elevator Company india Ltd make luggage cum passangerlift of capacity 13 passengers suitable for serving G+4 floors (total 05 landings) with electric power operated doors, auto electric levelling device complete installed at ATC at AF Stn Kumbhirgram to be maintained round the clock as described in particular specification in reliable, safe and efficient operating condition by regulary examination of lubricating and adjust the mechanical and electrical driving equipment, governer, sleeve shaft assembly, bearing/ contacts & governor jaws, car & hall mechanical buttons, car & hall position indicators, car direction indicators and all other card and landing signal fixtures, deflectors, car and counter weight guide rails and buffers, equipment and carry out planned maintenance in a systematic and controlled manner using techniques and expertise consultancy including replacement of parts covered under OTIS Elevator Company Ltdlike wire, plug, lubricant, landing wheel, nut and bolts, minor welding, rubber, bushes etc. all as directed as and when required all as directed and specified to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. NOTE:- (a) The visit & maintenance work shall be got executed through manufacturer\"s authorised technicians of the lift. (b) The spare parts shall be measured & paid separately on requirement basis as \"Supply only\" under BOQ item Nos2 to 9 |

| 10 | Disconnection of incoming / outgoing cable from Servo control voltage stabilizer of 200 KVA / 60 KVA for carrying out necessary repair / servicing work allas directed and carrying of following phase of work.(a) Opening of voltage stabilizer top cover, controlling chamber and carrying out inspection, cleaning and testing of complete unit, electronic circuit, auto cut senser Board, Driver Assembly repair of worn-out parts gasket, bushes etc.(b)Carrying out testing of all metering instruments repair of worn out spares,voltmeter, panel lamp push button, wiring cable, MCCB, Change over etc and testing complete.(c) Inspection and checking of voltage regulation and carrying out proper adjustment and calibration for servo motor as per existing load, repair of spares/components complete and testing all as directed. (d) Carrying out inspection and testing of servocontrol motors repair of all worn out spares / wire withproper greasing oiling / for easy operation and make functional the complete system all as directed.(e)Assembling of complete servo contolunit, refilling and topping up of voltage stabilizer oil after dehydration and filteration in voltage stabilizer and connection of incoming and outgoing cable and make all necessary adjustmentand testing complete.Note : Replacement of all spares parts like MCCB, Dimmer, Auto cut senser, auto manual switch, DPDT switch and dehydration and filteration of oil, top up Oil etc shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate Item of schedule will measured and paid separately under relevant item. All the spare parts are tentative and may vary in specification and quantity during execution. |
