Name of Work:REPAIR/ MAINT OF STREET LIGHT AND CONNECTED ITEMS FOR AOR OF HQ 13 SECT UNDER AGE(I) CIF(R).

1	M&L under ground XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts (earthed) grade cross sectional area 25 sqmm, 3.5 core laid in trenches/ pipes/ ducts/ wall/ boarings with necessary cable lugs and glands, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testingincluding disconnecting and taking out of existing LT cable of any type and size complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth, sand coushioning and protection for cable work shall be measured and paid separately.
2	All as per item No. 1 here-in-before but cross-sectional area 16 sqmm, 4 core complete.
3	All as per item No. 1 here-in-before but cross-sectional area 16 sqmm, 2 core complete.
4	M&L for GI pipe 40 mm dia "light grade" ISI marked, laid in trenches/ on floors/on, pole/road for cable protection including necessary joints / fittings including taking up / down and removing old unserviceable GI pipe complete all as specified and directed .
5	Excavation in trenches, in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for Pole, cable, shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out of any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.
6	All as per Item No: 5 above but depth exceeding beyond 1.5mtr and not exc 3 metre all as specified and as directed
7	Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
8	Returning, Filling in including Spreading, Leveling, Watering and Well Ramming in layers not exc. 25 Cm thick in Soils, complete all as specified and as directed.
9	Sand cushioning with fine sand to under ground cables in trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
10	M&L for Brick covering with width equal to length of brick as mechanical protection to cables with well burnt sub class ‘B’ (old size) bricks laid dry flat, complete all as specified and directed.

13	Supply, fixing and erection of steel tubular swaged pole 09 m long, type 410 SP-32, weight not less than 154 kgs, pole should be in one piece only and smooth finishing, ISI marked conforming to IS:2713-1980, complete with all accessories, such as cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, screws, washers and drilling of holes for continious GI earth wire as specified including applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and embedded portion shall be painted with two coats of black paint after preparation of surface including taking down old unserviceable pole complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.
14	M&L for replacement of GI bracket bend to shape, made out of40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade suitable for fixing of street light fittings upto 1.2 mtr long fixed with and including two sets of MS clamp made out of Flat iron of size 50x6 mm, fabricated to shape and fixed with nuts, bolts & washers & two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primercomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
15	S&F in replacement of wiring with two nos single core PVC insulated (unsheathed) multi strand copper conductor FRLS cable of size 1.5 sqmm and one single core PVC insulated (unsheathed) multi strand copper conductor FRLS cable of size 1.5 sqmm as in continuous earth wire drawn into steel pole for connection to security lights from junction box fitted on pole complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
16	M&L for replacement of junctionboxhot press moulded SMCof inside dimension size 333 x 233 x 120 mm with locking arrangements consisting of necessary suitable arrangements for incoming & out going cables with cable glands & having aluminium bus bar4 strips of 20x3mm for TPN on necessary epoxy base insulator andfixing of 6 Amp MCB SP, including necessary 25x3mm flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts & washers all as specified and directed.
17	M & L for pole painting 9.0 mtr long with two coat of aluminium paint after preparation of old painting surface by scrappining including marking of black and yellow strip not less than 30 cm width with sythethic enamelled paint from couping to upto height 1.5 mtr of pole alternative way including necessary `MES & Pole number to be wriiten in the circular yello batch on the pole all as specified and directed.
18	S&F in replacement of LED street light drivers of size 90 wattfor existing model of LED fitting, complete all as specified & directed.
19	S&F in replacement of LED street light drivers of size 120/150 wattfor existing model of LED fitting, complete all as specified & directed.
20	S&F in replacement of LED street light surge protector 5 KA 60/75 wattfor existing model of LED fitting, complete all as specified & directed.
21	S&F in replacement of LED street light surge protector 10 KA 90/150 wattfor existing model of LED fitting, complete all as specified & directed.
22	S&F in replacement of Off load change over switch 63 amps 415 volts 4 pole 50 Hz in sheet metal enclosure with out side handel operated complete all as directed by Engr In Charge.
23	S&F in replacement of Off load change over switch 100 amps 415 volts 4 pole 50 Hz in sheet metal enclosure with out side handel operated complete all as directed by Engr In Charge.
