System components of Sintex package type STP shall include: (a) Solid Seperation Zone (b) Aeration zone (c) Floating media (d) Air blowers (Twin lobe type) (e) Final sedimentation zone (f) sludge recycling pump (g) control panel (h) inbuilt manholes with covers (i) Material for anchoring the tank including FRP straps & RCC deadman.The tank should not buckle or rupture/deform with a minimum Load 2.25 meters of wet soil cover. Supply and fixing of weather proof control panel of adequate size and gauge as per manufacturer/ EIC approved specification to operate pumps and blowers. The entire STP system to be guaranteed for a period of 12 month from the date of commissioning. Scope of work includes testing and commissioning of 25 KLD FRP tank as per the drawing and size of the tank. |

The tank shall be installed exactly as per the approved installation drawing issued by the FRP Tank manufacturer.
