| 1 | SH:-I For Comprehensive Maintenance & Operation at Burari Hospital. Comprehensive maintenance of Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP) and Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) servicing of blower belt and cleaning with chemicals, cleaning and distilling of sludge drying and refilling media, periodical back washing of the filters with required solution and replacement of various consumable like indicating lamps, meters, wires/cables, servicing of pump i/c rewinding of motors etc, checking leakage from gland packing of pumps and replacing the same, checking and lubricating bearings and replacing the defective bearings, checking of all pipes, valves, joints, handles etc. and repair all as per requirement i/c repairing, servicing & replacement of defective/worn out electrical, electrome chanical, mechanical parts and equipments and associated accessories of STP, ETP plant as per term & condition attached including providing all type of consumables items required for the STP, ETP system in functional and keeping the machinery in good working condition, i/c testing and commissioning of all minor leakages and defects etc. as reqd. as per Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The contractor must visit the site & make himself familiar with the existing condition of various installations & accessories / mounting of the STP, ETP plant before participating . The plant has to be operated & maintained as & where basis, nothing extra on the account shall be paid to the contractor. |

| 3 | Testing of effluent from outlet done Quarterly through DPCC approved Lab and NABL Approved Labs for the rest of the period for following parameters: - pH, Oil and Grease, Total Suspended Solids, Chemical Oxygen Demand, Biochemical Oxygen Demand, Bio Assey, Ammoniacal Nitrogen (As NH3-N), Nitrate (As NO-3) and Relevant IS parameters as per directions of engineer in charge (On quarterly basis). |
