| 2 | Dismantling / Cutting of of W5 Heat Exchanger Tubes and Patch work of shell & Tube sheets if, any Make necessary site arrangements including scaffolding for the work.Cut and dismantle tubes. Clean the tube sheet area, baffle plate and bottom plate area. Patch work of shell, baffle plate and tube sheets shall be done as per instruction of the Engineer -in- charge. Repair / replacement of Supports of the bottom tube sheet shall be done as per the drawings. All the duct openings including the cone area shall be blinded after the work. After completing the work, damaged / removed tubes shall be transported to scrap yard and the area shall be clean and free of any scraps. Usable tubes shall be neatly stacked in area earmarked. After thr repair the Heat exchanger shall be shifted to ear marked area as per the instruction from Engineer -In Charge |
