    Auction Sale Of Scrap Rail 60 Kg Above One Meter. Remarks - Pakka/Kachcha Approach Road Is Available. No Wear And Tear Has Been Provided For Any Scrap Rails. Delivery Will Be Made On Sectional Weight Per Meter Basis Only. Quantity Is Physically Available. Delivery Will Be Made During All Seasons. Lot No. Has Been Painted On The Lot. Actual Measurement Painted On Each Rail In Meter. Cutting Of Rail Above 6 Meters Is Allowed For Easy Transportation. The Stockholder Is Responsible For Any Alteration, Addition Or Deletion In The Lot After Joint Inspection. Dunnages Are Not Included In The Lot And Not To Be Delivered. Fist Plates/Joggle Fish Plates/Glued Joints And Other Fittings Are To Be Returned To The Stockholder. The Quantity As Per Ss-11 Has Been Amended To 158.062 Mts From 158.129 Mts. And R/M To 2634.37 From 2634.37. Sse (P-Way) Igp Will Make Necessary Corrections In Quantity In Tms. Stack-4 Stock Rails, Sej Rails And Check Rails Are Lying Near The Stack Not In Lot And Not To Be Delivered. Since Lot Is Formed In Pwi Depot Premises/Yard Many Rails Under Lot Formation Are Lying Near Stacks. Only Measured And Quantity And R/M Of Rails Mentioned In Ss-11, Joint Inspection Report And D.O. Should Be Delivered. Precaution To Be Taken During Delivery/Loading By Hydra Labour. The Purchaser Shall Be Responsible For Any Loss Or Damage To Any Other Railway Property/Facility/Equipments Whether Due To His Negligence Or Otherwise And Safety Of His Labours. The Purchaser Is Advised To See The Lot With Regards To Loading And Delivery, Location Before Bidding. Lot Is Ok For Sale On Above Observations.
