26 | Supply of new L.T. Feeder Pillar as per following specification with all relevant certificate :- 1) LT Feeder Pillar Box (Branch Distribution Pannel) shall be of 14 SWG HR sheet, having (1) doors in front of 14 SWG HR sheet. Doors should have proper locking arrangements with providing crome locks of standard make. It should have a canopy on top in order to prevent it from water ingress in rains. The doors of box should be welded with robust quality hinges and PVC GaskEt with provision of 3 hinges on each door and handle on each door with PVC Gasket. The periphery of door of the LT Feeder Pillar Box (Branch Distribution Pannel) shall be provided with lining of rubber/ PVC to prevent entry of rain, insects, lizards, rats etc. so as to make it vermin proof. 2) The dimension of Feeder Pillar Box (Branch Distribution Pannel) 4(Height) X 2.5(Width) X 2(Depth) Feet (With Canopy). 3) 04 Nos. Bus Bar insulation coated fo size 600x50x10mm. made of aluminum for red, yellow, blue & neutral phases suitable for 400 Amp. 4)01 No. MCCB of 800 Amp. of L&T / Havell’s / ABB make for disconnecting of Supply. 5) 24 Nos. KIT KAT Fuse of 415V, 100 Amp. each capacity tested as per IS shall be provided with 8 Nos. on each phase so as to cater to 8Nos. 3 Phase connections of conusmer. 6) Aluminum crimping lugs of size 400 / 240 / 120 / 95 / 70Sq.mm. and proper size thimbles shall be provided for safe termination of incomer as well as individual service cable as per qty. requirement. 7) Bakelite sheet shall be provided on the base of channel meant for mounting the Kit Kats. 8) All nuts, bolts & washers used shall be electro galvanized. 9)The height of erected feeder pillar box (Branch Distribution Pannel) approx. 2feet from the earth on powder coatingbase of angle iron size 40x40x5mm frame with 04 nos. legs of 3 feet each (1 feet grout of angle on earth bottam, 1.6 feet grout in plinth and 6 inch gap in pannel base and plinth) 10) Grouting & Plinth of Feeder Pillar Box(Branch Distribution Pannel) as per site requirement complete in all respects. 11)The panel case consisting of door and roof (canopy) shall be powder coated with chemical process (weather proof) of Off-white color (Or as per direction) both inside and outside. Before painting, the sun faces shall be thoroughly cleaned from dust, grease and rust. Ientification no. shall be written as per direction. 12) Sundry item. |

The fencing shall be fabricated out of MS angle iron of size 40x40x5 mm having 2 Nos. legs of 45 Cm. long in each frame duly welded and fixed with wire mesh of size 75mm 25mm, 10 SWG within the frame, pressed under MS flat of size 25x5 mm inside the angle iron on all four sides with the help of duly Welded along with cross bracing of 25x5 mm MS flat on every frame will be grouted in 1:2:4 cement mortar with cement, coarse sand 20 mm gauge stone ballast. 3. Every frame after Fabrication will be painted with one coat of red oxide and two coats of Green synthetic enamel paint of approved make after proper cleaning. 4. The above mentioned frame will be jointed with each other with 70 mm long MS flat of size 25x5mm by first class welding as per site. 5. Fabrication and providing of wire mesh fencing frame for gate of size 4’x6’. Fabricated as per above specifications with proper locking arrangement. |

55 | Providing of earth elctrode for chemical earthing Pipe in pipe typeproper hot deep galvanization dia 50 mm length 3 mtr- 32mm x 6mmterminal connection hole dia 8mm The cavity between the pipe & pipe is filled with conductive mixture - for hermetically filling inside the cavity i.e. between secondary conductor & primary conductor, crystalline compound is to be injected in the electrode assembly. It is a combination of high conductivity metal alloys, copper & aluminum power, conductive carbon / cement and bonding material etc the electrode should be sealed from both the ends. The outer pipe of the elctrode should be galavanized the characteristics of this compound is highly cnductive, non magnetic & non corrosive in G.I. Including providing of backfill compound each elctrode should be supplied with bags of 25 kg x 2 bfc compound (ground resistance enhancement powder 50 kgs each CPRI tested for above new L.T. Feeder Pillar, ACB & DTs. |
