13 | Neutral & body earthing of Power Transformer, Distribution Transformer & Incoming/Outgoing VCBs installed at various 33/11 kV Sub-stations by digging of pit upto water level depth (approx. 125 feet) and then inserting 1-¼” dia GI pipe of ‘A’ grade, conforming to the requirement of IS specification and then connecting the top of the inserted pipe and transformer body through GI strip of size 40x6 mm with the help of nut and bolt or through gas welding, as per direction of supervising engineer. It includes the cost of all material labour, T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. The aforesaid work shall be carried out as per RESSPO norms. |
14 | Construction of plinth at various 11/0.4 KV Sub-station suitable for distribution transformer having size 5’x 5’ x 5’ out which 2’ below the ground. Work will include digging of foundation 2’ deep & brick work with Ist class bricks having cement and sand mortar of ratio 1:6 on all the walls, each of 9” thickness. The area inside the wall shall be duly filled by mud up to the height of appropriate level from ground level and shall be duly watered & rammed. Above the filling C.C. of ration 1:6:12 (Cement sand and brick ballast) giving 4” layer shall be provided. Above C.C. layer RCC layer having 4” thickness and with ratio 1:2:4 of cement sand and stone ballast shall be provided Re-enforcement shall be provided by providing net of (8 Nos. + 8 Nos.) M.S. rods of size 10 mm dia and each of 5’ length in the middle of the top of C.C. layer. The plinth shall be plastered with 12mm thick plaster in ratio 1:4 at all sides. This work will include cost of labour, T&P and all material required for construction of plinth which shall be provided by the contractor as per RESSPO Norms. |
15 | Providing and fixing of welded wire mesh fencing around transformer plinth with M.S. Angle of size 35X35X6 mm. length and 1.20 Meters height, such panels shall be supported on M.S. Angle from of size 40X40X6 mm. having 04 Nos. corner supports of height 1.65 Meters including extended legs for grouting which will be used as a door for entry of the personnel or removal/shifting of transformer with welded hinges, sliding belt etc. for locking the arrangement as per drawing and specifications the fencing will be painted one coat of red oxide primer and then two coats of bus green synthetic enamel paint. The rates should be inclusive of all materials required for proper completion of above work (length of each fencing approx. 11 Meters) |
