Handrails Should Not Hinder The Placement Of Stretcher. There Should Be Soft Start & Soft Stop Arrangements ( Smooth Acceleration & Smooth Deceleration ) Compatible For The Patients And Should Have Standby Illumination & Auto Rescue System In Case Of Power Failure As Per Cpwd Specification / System ( 2003 ) ( Which Includes Is- 14665 ( Part-1 ) : 2000 ) Along With All Works Required To Be Done For Successful Operation Of Lift. There Should Be System Of Soft Key Operation And Rescue Alarm As Per Latest Specification Etc. In The Event Of An Emergency, Passengers Can Quickly And Easily Access Emergency Communication Buttons To Alert Staff Or Summon Immediate Assistance, Ensure Patient Safety. Electrical Energy Efficient Hoist Mechanism To Be Employed. On Completion Of Work, The Commissioning Report Should Be Submitted By The Concerned Bidder As Per Cpwd Specification And Inspection Should Be Conducted As Per Is-14665 ( Part-1 ) : 2000 Or Latest Amendments. The Bidder Must Provide The License Of Installed Lift From Concerned Iec. The Lift Company Should Have Local Office Within The City With Technical Manpower. Supporting Documents In This Regards Is Mandatory To Be Submitted During / Along With The Bid.
