| 21 | Comprehensive maintenance of Window type AC"s, Split type AC"s,Water coolers units of different capacities (Aprox. 144 Nos.) on all working day of month and attending day to day complaints including rectification of deficiency, supplying & replacement of all defective parts like compressors, motor, fan blade & blower, PCB, capacitors, condensor & cooling coils, connectors, relay, thermostat, wire etc. and charging of refrigerant, cleaning of filters as per requirement at site etc. complete as required. |
