| 1 | Land Survey : Providing necessary labours & tools and clearing away all grass, vegetation, sapling’s, shrubs, Branches, wood under growth etc. If re-curved for removing obstruction to carry out the survey by scrapping cutting & removing rubbish thus obtained outside empty land and disposing off complete all as specified & as directed.Providing necessary equipment and carrying out level of land (using total station or any such advance equipment) in the presence of MES rep at an interval of 3.0 mtr and computing quantity of earth cutting or filling finalization of formation level.Level charts, contour map and detailed quantity calculation shall then be submitted to Engineer in Charge in triplicate along with soft copy in CD.Drawing shall be prepared to a suitable scale as specified & as directed. |
| 2 | SOIL INVESTIGATION: Carrying out soil investigation on site and submitting the test report as directed below and as specified in the tender documents: - Bore hole should be 100mm dia by rotary drilling for soil investigation in any type of soil/rock/concrete floors and sub bases refusal including boulders, weathered rock upto depth as directed by Engineer-in-Charge alongwith SPT and other tests required for designing the foundation of bridges, culverts, retaining walls, toe walls etc. |
| 3 | GENERAL ARRANGEMENT DRAWINGS: Preparation of conceptual architectural drawings with latest/best practice with relevant details like plans, elevation, sections, etc based on local architectural by laws/norms and user inputs.The conceptual drawings to be presented through power point presentation and 3D walkthrough. |
| 4 | After approval of the conceptual drawings, preparation of Architectural working drawings, utilities drawings incorporating the required changes/modification and submit the same in A0/A1/A2 etc size drawings sheets with standard scales as directed and after incorporating any changes/modification suggested in four sets. |
| 5 | After approval of all drawings (Architectural, structural and utilities) of the project, final drawings shall be submitted to this HQ duly signed the consultant in hand and soft copies as mentioned below:- (i) Soft copies to include PDF file, Auto CAD file (Dwg format) & Rivet Model. (ii) Hard copies to include Six sets printed on white paper for tender action |
| 6 | Submission of 3D physical day/Night model of the project showing all Architectural and Landscaping details, street furniture, Aviation lights, street lights, signals, etc with Anthropometric items to the scale of 1:100 along with 3D colour rendered images with walkthrough showing all above aspects of minimum 3 minutes General conditions are attached herewith. |
| 7 | STRUCTURAL ARRANGEMENT DRAWINGS: Preparation and submission of structural design and drawings in conformity with relevant approved architectural drawings duly incorporated with all the details and incorporating all the amendments/corrections suggested by Design Section and final submission of all the approved structural drawings in 02 sets with supported by relevant design data (STAAD/ETABS file) in hard and soft copy for all the categories of structures as per latest Indian Standard codes and practice in one set of tracing. |
