26Providing and fixing  Klippon Galvalume steel profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) of Cold rolled steel confirming to IS:513-2008 of base metal thickness 0.50 mm, having Yield Stress of Min. 275 MPa. Steel surface shall have hot dip metallic coating of Al-Zinc alloy comprising 55% Alluminium, 43.5% Zinc and 1.5% Silicon as per the ASTM-A792M, with total mass of coating on both sides shall be 150 gms/sqm. The steel shall have organic coating with Silicon Modified Polyester (SMP) /Super Durable Polyester (SDP) paint on continuous coil coating line. The thickness of coating on top side shall be 20-25 Microns (i.e. 15-18 microns SMP /SDP paint over 5-7 microns epoxy primer) and back side 8-10 Microns SMP/SDP paint over epoxy primer. Total Coated Thickness (TCT) shall be 0.58 MM. Sheet shall have protective guard film of thickness of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length up to 6m or as desired by Engineer-in-charge.

29Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS:13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, Single socketed pipes.

31Providing and fixing  150F/200F flush panel,(pre-coated steel) False Ceiling made of  Cold rolled steel sheet conforming to IS 513, having minimum yield stress and tensile stress as 240 Mpa and 300 Mpa respectively. Base metal thickness for ceiling panel and Carriers shall be 0.45mm and 0.55mm respectively. The steel surface shall have hot dip metallic coated with Zinc coating (galvanizing) as per IS277, with total mass of coating on both sides shall be 120 gms/sqm. The steel shall have organic coating with Regular Modified Polyester (RMP) paint on continues coil coating line. The thickness of coating on top side shall be 20-25 Microns (i.e. 15-18 microns RMP paint, over 5-7 microns epoxy primer) and back side 8-10 Microns RMP paint over epoxy primer. Total Coated Thickness (TCT) shall be 0.50 MM for Ceiling panel and 0.60 MM for Carrier. Sheet shall have protective Sheet shall have protective guard film of  thickness of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length up to 6m (for panel) and up to 5m (for carrier) or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The ceiling panel shall be clipped into carriers which are suspended from steel trusses/purlins with the help of GI suspension angle of size 25x25x0.5mm thick by means of rigid suspension system meant for exterior. The longitudinal joints of two panels shall be butt joined with a special type of panel splice to be fixed from inner side. The carrier will be joined with carrier splices maintaining a module of 150 mm. The spans shall not exceed as recommended and manufacturer recommendations shall be followed on installation procedure.
32Providing & fixing BARE Klippon Galvalume steel profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) ofbare metal thickness 0.55 mm as per ASTM A446 having yield stress of 275mpa, surface shall have hot dip metallic coating of Aluminium Zinc alloy comprising of 55% aluminium,43.5% zinc & 1.5% silicon, Sheet shall have protective guard film of25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation & should be supplied in single length up to 6m or as desired by Engineer-in-charge.

39Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm. depth dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth within premises
40Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mixer plant at Optimum Moisture Content, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all lead and lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface & compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

42Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to .075 mm) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specifications including premixing the material with water at OMC for all leads and lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 ton capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications & directions of Engineer-in- charge
43Providing & laying factory made reflective type Lacquered finish Grey / coloured pre-cast cement concrete, interlocking paver block of specified grade made by block making machine wih vibratory compaction & of approved size and design / shape, shade and manufacturers and as per IOCL"s specifications. The paver blocks shall have peripheral chamfer, with average crushing strength as per IS 15658, maximum water absorption of 2% after 10 minutes and 5% after 24 hrs. as per BS 1881, maximum dimensional deviations of +/- 2mm on length @ width and +/- 3 mm on thickness. The job includes supplying and laying a layer of 50 mm thick clean coarse sand on thoroughly compacted sub-base below the paver blocks, cutting the paver blocks wherever required with hydraulic splitter, filling in the joints at the edges of paver blocks with sand, compacting with machine vibrator to required line and level, etc. complete. (Payment for provision of edge restraints shall be made separately)

The joints in the pipelines, except the end connections at tanks and dispensers shall be made by electro-fusion welding. The pipes shall be suitable for use with petroleum and ethanol blended fuels. The maximum operating pressure shall be 7Kg/sq.cm. Note: The make of HDPE Pipe should be CCOE approved. Pressure testing shall be done before the final backfilling. The civil works for installation viz. excavation, sand filling& back filling etc. shall be paid seperately. All metallic parts in the piping system shall be grounded as per the requirements of EN14125.
129Supply and Laying of 80 mm dia single wall flexible piping system comprising of Non-metallic HDPE (flexible) pipelines as per IOCL specifications and with manufacturer supplied fittings including all bends, tees, elbows, reducers, end connectors at DU & tank side etc and as required for complete underground piping job. The joints in the pipelines, except the end connections at tanks and dispensers shall be made by electro-fusion welding. The pipes shall be suitable for use with petroleum and ethanol blended fuels. The maximum operating pressure shall be 7Kg/sq.cm. Note: The make of HDPE Pipe should be CCOE approved. Pressure testing shall be done before the final backfilling. The civil works for installation viz. excavation, sand filling& back filling etc. shall be paid seperately. All metallic parts in the piping system shall be grounded as per the requirements of EN14125.

The Valve shall be capable for activation at set pressure of 3" ± 0.5 water column to release excess pressure of tank to the atmosphere and open at vacuum of 8" ± 2.0 water column to induce the atmosphere pressure to the tank. PV valve should be diaphragm of dead weight or spring loadedtype or combination of any. The weight of the PV valve shall not exceed 2.0 kg. top of the valve shall be provided with cover/cap/ weather hood to prevent the entry of rain water. 188PANEL BOARDS AND DISTRIBUTION BOARDS Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of cubicle type power and motor control centre panel fabricated out of 14 SWG sheet steel undergone 7 tank process,dust & vermin proof, floor mounting type, suitable for indoor use having cable entry from the bottom and having following specific components complete, control wiring etc. as per enclosed standard drawing. Any other components/hardware required to complete the panels but not mentioned here shall also be provided. Note: Both incomers should have mechanical interlock for proper & safe operation. The MCCB used for incomer feeder shall have short circuit, overload and earthfault protection and also shunt coil for ESD operation. The Bus Bar support shall be DMC/ SMC/Epoxy moulded. All equipment/components shall be mounted logically to have free access for maintenance, tightening of connections & visual inspection. All the metering equipment shall be Digital & mounted on the panel and size of meter shall be 96 mm x 96 mm. The Bus Bar shall be provided with heat shrunk PVC sleeves & all power terminals shall be stud type with properly shrouding to avoid accidental contact. Neoprene type gasket shall be provided at the doorof the panel.
