Note:- (a) The mix design tests shall be carried out only in SEMT wing/Govt approved lab/National test House/Engineering College as approved by the GE before commencement of work. (b) As a result of job mix formula, if quantity of binder content works out to be more than 4% than no extra payment shall be made to the contractor and in case its quantity works out be less than 4% than minimum binder content of 4% givne herein above shall be provided. (c) The Job design shall be got down from approved lab and shall be approved by GE before commencement of work. |
| 5 | M&Lpreparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed. |

| 8 | M&L for applying 2 mm thick thermoplastic compound of white/ yellow of approved shade forRoad marking strips, lines, dashes, arrow, letters etc of any width & girth & painting lines, dashes, arrow etc on new road/ pavement and the like surfaces including removing all dirt/dust & other foreign matters at site and also managging traffice , laid by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe heaters driven by skilled operator on road surface complete all as specified and directed |
