20(B) SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS
21Material and labour for Elastic BiodigestorLLDPE commercial grade Septic tank for 10 users, designed to carry sewage and sludge water including excavation & earth work in any type of soil, 150mm thick PCC 1:4:8 in foundation, vent shaft, connection complete all as specified and directed.
22M&L for construction of Soakage well 1.80m dia and 3.00m deep (Depth 3.00m from inlet pipe and 45cm from Ground level to inlet pipe) including excavation & earth workin any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using graded store aggregates, brick work (honey combed) in cement mortar (1:4),top ring of M-30 Design mix concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in cement mortar 1:4, RCC M-30 Design mix cover slab, reinforced with TMT bars, steel plate manhole cover factory made ISI marked conforming to IS-12592 with angle iron frame, brick bats filling, complete all as specified and shown on drawing No. CESZ/TD-1078/2011.
23(C) BORE WELL AND EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS
24Material and labour for trail drilling bore holein alluvial strata for construction of deep borewell of 200mm dia with any method as forward rotary/reverse rotary/Odex/DTH rig drilling machine complete with driling bits, dril shaft and all other accessories, complete with transportation, errection of camp at site and removal of all tools and plants on completion of borewell work for the depth upto 60 metre from ground level as complete all as specified and directed.
25All as per item No. 5.01 here-in-before but depth exceeding 60 metre and not exceeding 120 metre below ground level
26All as per item No. 5.01 here-in-before but depth exceeding 120 metre and not exceeding 150 metre below ground level Note for Item No 5.01 to 5.03:- (i) Two Nos. trial bores shall be carried out. If possibility of water is seen then the bore will resume. (ii) The cost of necessary fuel, lubricant and chemical extra required for construction of work shall be deemed to be included in the unitrate quoted by the tenderer and nothing extra shall be paid for these items. (iii). The Contractor shall execute the borewell work first. Only after successful development of Borewell, execution of rest of the work as per BOQ shall be undertaken complete all as directed.
27(iv).(a)In case of sufficient yield and potable water quality : (i) 1st trial borewill be developed as per the BOQ. (b) In case of insufficient yield or non-potable water quality (i) 1st trial bore will be abandoned. (ii) 2nd trial borewill be carried out by the contractor in the locations as earmarked by Engr-in-Charge. (v). Contractor will carry out the 2nd trial bore in condition of 2 (b) above:   (a) In case of sufficient yield and potable water quality (i) 2nd trial borewill be developed as per the BOQ. (b)In case of insufficient yield or non-potable water quality (i) 2nd trial bore will be developed as per the BOQ & water will be used for other purpose.   (c)Incase of no yield (i) 2nd trial borewill be abandoned (ii) No further trial bore will be carried out. (iii) Contractor will be paid for Item No 5.01 to 5.03 of BOQ & the contract will be FORECLOSED.
28Material and labour for development of bore by reaming upto 550mm into borewell for casing pipe of 250mm dia, for depth upto 60metre from ground level complete all as specified and directed.
29Material and labour for development of bore by reaming upto 550mm for borewell for casing pipe of 250mm dia,for depth exceeding 60metre but not exceeding 120 metre from ground level complete all as specified and directed.

32Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in position 200mm nominal bore MS ERW ISI marked casing blank pipe having wall thickness 8mm as per IS -4270 (2001) and jointing with electric arc welding,random length of pipe 3 to 6 metre, including necessary fittings, ie. 200mm long MS sleeves of suitable size, coupling, jointing and painting with two coats of bituminous paint of external surfaces of pipe upto depth from 60 metreto 120 metre depth below ground level complete all as specified and directed.
33Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in position 200mm nominal bore MS ERW ISI marked casing blank slotted pipe strainer having wall thickness 8mm as per IS -8110(2000) and jointing with electric arc welding,random length of pipe 3 to 6 metre, including necessary fittings, ie. 200mm long MS sleeves of suitable size, coupling, jointing and painting with two coats of bituminous paint of external surfaces of pipe upto depth from 120 metreto 150 metre depth below ground level complete all as specified and directed.
34Material and labour for electric logging of bore well for designing and lowering of pipe assembly based on logging report/graph complete all as specified and directed.
35Material and labour for reducing socket made out of MS plate 12mm thick, size 250/200mm bore MS pipe incld jointing with electric arc welding complete all as specified and directed.
36Material and labour for bail plug made out of MS housing pipe 200mm dia, wall thickness 8mm, one and half metre long blocked with 10mm thick MS plate with bottom hook including jointing with electric arc weldingcomplete all as specified and directed.

39Material and labour for MS clamp suitable for 200/250mm dia housing pipe made for 150 x 20mm thick plate including bolts/nuts and washers of required size complete all as specified and directed.
40Material and labour for MS sleeve, 10mm thick for 200mm dia MS pipe, jointed by arc welding, width 200mm, complete all as specified and directed.

42Material and labour for well cap made out of 6mm thick MS plate suitable for 250mm housing pipe to provide cover at top of borewell complete with locking arrangement using 25mm dia, 400mm long MS bolt slotted through the cap and casing pipe with and including 1 No lock complete all as specified and directed.
43Material and labour for strata sample box with glass cover 3mm thick and having minimum internal dimension 1000mm x 1000mm x 100mm made out of Shisham 1st class hard wood planks, 20mm thick with hinges staple including painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete with soil sample placed in position of 200mm wide made with wood planks 20mm thick complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - The number of poriton may vary with type of soil starata met and overall length of the bore and can be increased beyond 1000mm x 1000mm .
44Material and labour for foundation for holding borewell assembly of size 1.00m x 1.00m x 1.00m at ground level made of PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate with GI pipe 80mm bore medium grade at three places, embedded through out the block 1.70metre length for feeding gravels and GI plug and socket fixed on top complete all as specified and directed.
45Material and labour for development of bore with air compressor not less than 400 PSI compressor over pumping unit till sand free water obtained and testing the yeild for duration as under complete all as specified and directed for first 24 hours by using air compressor complete all as specified and directed. NOTES: - (a) Contractor has to provide own DG Set/Prime mover to run compressor and over pumping set. (b) All type of T&P and transportation required for development of bore shall be arranged by the contractor and cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.
46All as per item No. 5.21 here-in-before but subsequent48 hours after first 24 hours for over pumping.
47Material and labour for yeild test for the borewell by continously pumpingfor 16 hours to determine safe puping yield using "V" notch constructed at site complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - Chemical/bacteriological analysis and potability test of water obtained from borewell shall be done from approved lab and submitting the report in triplicate shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate. Test shall be carried out in the presence of IEM as detailed by Accepting Officer.
48Material and labour for tripod made out of heavy duty jointless GI pipe 80mm bore suitable for 2 ton capacity with nut and bolt and hook for suitable size, height of tripod should be suitable for 3m column pipe, complete all as specified and directed.
49Supply and fixing chain pulley block 2 ton capacity with heavy duty chain suitable for working 3metre abvoe ground level, chain 10metre long complete all as specified and directed.
50Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of submersible pump 12.5 HP electric driven, 415V, TP suitable for GI pipe 100mm dia, discharge capacity 240 LPM, Head 130metre including suitable size of flexible steel rope for holding submersible motor pump complete all as specified and directed.
51Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of chemical dosing system suitable to inject solution upto 25LPH comprising dosing pump coupled with single phase electric motor of capacity 0.5HP, 1440 RPM assembly including DOL starter suitable capacity with agitator dosing and agitator in single motor, agitator with SS sweep blade duly FRP coated, FRP double tank 150 litre capacity, complete unit mounted on heavy duty MS fabricated frame duly painted with anti corrosive paint including packing, electrical & pumping works etc. complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - The cost of electrical connection like point wiring and socket point requreid for smooth functioning of dosing plant and T&P shall be included in the unit quoted rate.
52Supply and fixing UPVC pipe of 20mm dia confirming to IS 4985/2000 complete including necessary clamps and fittings, jointing material etc. complete all as specified and directed.
53Supply and lowereing in borewell, MS ERW column pipe of size 100mm bore confirming to IS-1239, in 3metre length, both ends flanged with 10mm thick MS flange including cutting holes (04 Nos) of size 10mm dia for passing the submersible cable, with and including suitable size of covering nuts, bolts, washers and rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed. Note: - All arrangements and T&P requried for lowering the column pipe in the bore shall be made by the contractor under their own arrangement at no extra cost.
54Supply & fixing Cast Iron Air Valves with two air Outlets, 100 mm dia bore confirming to IS 14845:2000 and fixing Up in cast iron water supply mains complete all as specified and directed.
55Supplying, laying and testing, centrifugally cast (spun) Ductile Iron pressure pipeincl fittings ie bends, tee etc with spigot and socket endsof100 mm bore, confirming to IS 8329:2000and of any length of class K-7, suitable for rubber tyton joint, surface finished with zinc bitumen coating complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (a) Pipes shall be laid in trenches/over RCC pillars/under bridges/culverts/roads etc. as directed. Contractor shall have no claim on this account. (b) Bends, tees and all other DI fittings of any length as required and Joints with jointing material / Earth work / PCC shall be measured and paid separately.
56Material and labour for tyton joint suitable for 100mm bore DI pipe including jointing material complete all as specified and directed.
57Material and labour for Ductile iron Bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch. 58Material and labour for construction of brick valve pit of size 0.90mx0.90mx1.50m (internal dimensions) including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregateas in coping inincl necessary form work, brick masonary in cement mortar 1:4 using sub class "B" old size bricks, rendering 12mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 even and fair to internal surfaces and flush pointingto external wall with same mortar as the work proceed, valve pit cover ofMS sheet cover 3.15mm thick welded to mild steel angle iron 50mmx50mmx6mm frame with handle and locking arrangement, painting all the exposed surfaces of steel with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer and the portion embedded in concrete with two coats of black bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed.
59Material and labour for construction of brick valve pit of size 0.60mx0.60mx0.60m (internal dimensions) including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregateas in coping inincl necessary form work, brick masonary in cement mortar 1:4 using sub class "B" old size bricks, rendering 12mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 even and fair to internal surfaces and flush pointingto external wall with same mortar as the work proceed, valve pit cover ofMS sheet cover 3.15mm thick welded to mild steel angle iron 50mmx50mmx6mm frame with handle and locking arrangement, painting all the exposed surfaces of steel with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer and the portion embedded in concrete with two coats of black bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed.

61(D) EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS
62Supply, instalation, testing and commissioning of ECO friendly Diesel Engine driven generating set of 25KVA, outdoor type, Derated Engine, HP not less than 45HP, CPCB-II nearest higher side 400/440 volt, AC, 50 Hz, 4 wire, 0.8PF, suitable for work between -23ºC to +30ºC, directly coulpled alternator and engine, water cooled with AMF Panel common steel base fixed on cement concrete in foundation as per OEM recommendation. DG set of 25 KVA platform with inbuilt AMF panel with 02 Nos suitable size contactors (01 No. for main supply and 01 No. for DG supply) as per manufacturer recommendation and other accessories comprising of following: - (A) ENGINE: ECO friendly for emission and noise (PCB NORM COMPLIANCE) 4 stoke diesel engine confimring to BS standard developing 1500RPM, turbocharged water cooled complete with a provision for 10% over laod for one hour on 25VA comprising of following:- (i) Fly wheel with starter ring for generating set. (ii)Dry type Air filter (iii) Lub oil cooler assembly with accessories. (iv) Exhaust air manifold (v)Exhaust silencer.
63(vi) Expansion below. (vii)Exhaust gas turbocharger. 64(B) ALTERNATOR: Sailent pole brushless type suitable for direct couple to engine self excited, self regulated with fast response, thyristor type, electroic automtic voltage withhold, output voltage with in desired limit (+1%), Dynamically balanced 400/415 volt, AC, 3 phase, 50 Hz, 4 wire, 0.8PF lagging 25KVA, 1500 RPM star connected (4 wire) screen protected, drip proof enclousers with radial fan mounted on rotor with insulation class-F/H and with stand an over load of 10% for one hour in every 12 hour operation ambient temperature varies from -23ºC in winter to +35ºC in summer with following accessories. (C) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: Supply & installation of acoustic enclosure suitable for 25KVA DG Set shall be as under; - (i) Fabricated out of CRCA sheet of suitable thickness as per manufacturer design,polyster based powder coated internaly and externaly with lockable type door handle. All nuts and handles shall be zinc coated. (ii) The doors are gasketed with EPDM gaskets. (iii) Sound proofing with high quality rock wool/mineral confirming to IS 8183 of 50mmthickness and density at 96kg/Cum covered with fiber glass cloth and perforated powder coats sheet specialy designed alternators (sound controllers) at air entry and exit of the container, noice level shall not exceed 75Db at 1 metre distance as per CPCB norms.
65(iv)Adequate ventilation to meet air requirement for combustion and heat removal with provn of a blower. (v) Emergency stop push button out side the container. (vi)Provn of light inside the canopy 20W LED fittings with wiring and control switches. Notes:- (i) DG set shall be designedconsidering the derated factor of altitude 9000 ft above sea level, extreme cold climate and heavy snow fall in winters. The ambient temp varies from-23ºC (in winter) to +30ºC (in summer). (ii) After considering derating factor by manufacturer on above location, the required net output of DG Set shall be 25 KVA. (iii) Testing of DG Set shall be carried out in the presence of IEM (Rep of Accepting Officer).
66Material and labour for construction of covered platform for single transformer of size 3.50m x 2.50 m x 1.20 m high from natural ground level with brick walling including steps, XPM fencing fixed with MS angle iron fencing posts upto 2.45 metre height above ground level with MS gate and locking arrangement incld necessary earthwork and excavation having following specifications:- (a)Foundation in PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) (b) Brick work in CM 1:4 having wall thickness not less than 230mm using old size sub class "B" bricks (c) Filling under floors of approved rammed earth. (d) 100 mm thick PCC (1:5:10) type E-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in sub base (e) 50mm thick PCC flooringPCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) finished even and smooth with using extra cement. (f) 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on walls finshed fair and even without using extra cement. (g) 2 coats of cement base paint on plastered surfaces. (h) 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces. (j) Excavation and earth work in any type of soil including removal of surplus soil to a distance not exe 50 mtr. Note:-All details shall be as shown in Drg No. CESZ/TD-1110/2011 sh 1/2 & 2/2 except size.
67Supply and erecting Steel tubular swaged pole complete with MS base plate continuously welded to pole, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP- 55 (11 metres long) including two coat of black bituminous paint internally throughout and externally upto embedded portion and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with black and yellow strip of 30 cm each upto 1.5 m height and two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer externally on remaining exposed surface after errection in position includingpreparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Necessary earth work, PCCcoping will be measured and paid for separately under respective item.
