| 1 | Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (for 02 years) of PSA Technology based Oxygen Generation Plant of 1000 LPM capacity, including Main electric distribution Panel 01 No, Individual Panel/PLC, cables, installed at District Hospital, Samba. Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract shall ensure reliability, quick availability and trouble-free operation of Oxygen Generation Plant along with electrical panels. CAMC covers all the equipments of OGPs as listed below: • Compressed Air System which includes compressors (complete), filters, valves, all pipeline, Air tanks and accessories. • Filtration System (with accessories) which includes Complete Air Dryers (Desiccant Type), Carbon towers, Inline filters, valves, auto drain valves, all pipeline and accessories. • Oxygen Generator Module which includes inlet air filter, PLC, HMI, Main Oxygen Concentrators complete (including Zeolite), Oxygen tank, PSA towers, Pressure control station (including sensors) along with all pneumatic system, solenoid and hoses/pipes, valves, all pipeline, Oxygen changeover panels, manifold (inside OMOG plant room), UPS (01 nos.) and accessories. • Electrical equipments like Main Distribution Panel 01 no, Individual Panels and electrical cables (of air compressor, air dryer and oxygen generator module), their earthing, cable trays, etc. for seven years. CAMC includes general check-up visits for trouble free operation of OGPs and to take necessary preventive steps to eliminate/ reduce breakdowns time of plant. It includes complete servicing of all the equipments (Daily/quarterly / half yearly/ 9 months / annually/ preventive maintenance) when ever required. CAMC also includes repairs of any part of OGP which may develop defect, to make it functional up to the standard of OEM and it is to be ensured that the efficiency of the Plant remains up to the mark. If the defect in any part is non-repairable or if on repairs of any part, the efficiency of the plant is under par, the defective part is to be replaced by new one. The rates are including all charges for works involved in CAMC (07 years) and all kind of taxes as applicable. |

Replacement of lube filter, fuel filter kit and air filter kit. Filling of the suitable grade engine oil and ensuring recommended oil level. CAMC shall also include servicing of radiator and topping/re-filling of coolant, topping of Engine oil, replacement of batteries as and when required and any other part that may be required to keep the DG set and AMF Functional. CAMC shall also be inclusive of its AMF panel, alternator, electric cables, battery terminals, battery cables, earthing, etc |
