23E/O STREET LIGHT POLE : Erection of conical metallic pole /FRP pole by providing RCC foundation 450 mm x 450 mm x 1400 mm or as specified by the OEM, providing and embedding foundationbolt of size F 20 x 750 mm (or as specified by the OEM of the pole), fixing the base plate , providing and embedding F 63 mm reinforced PVC flexible conduit for cable entry and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) grade around the foundation of the pole with dimensions 1 m x 1 m x 0.1 m ( Length x Breadth x Thickness ). etc. complete as required.
24D/O STREET LIGHT POLE : Detatching the existing metallic polefrom cement concrete foundation by suitable means, as approved by AAI, providing and fixing base plate of size 250 mm x 250 mm x 20 mm or as specified by the OEM by way of continuous welding, providing weather coat with bituminous based paint etc complete as required.
25Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.
26Fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.(GI wire will be supplied by AAI).

34Supply of Fibreglass Frangible Uniform Pole of 6.0Mtr height having min. 100mm Dia, with GI fixed base plate provided with clamps for lighting arrester and foundation bolts (any other accessories not include), meeting frangibility criteria as per ICAO Part-6 design manual meeting wind speed requirements & frangibility criteria i.e. Force Imparted =45 kN & Energy Imparted =55kJ. (Type test report of frangibility and deflection is required.) The Fibreglass Pole material must be UV Resistant type tested as per ASTM G-154 for Min. 2000 hours (Equivalent to 10 year outdoor life), with reduction in tensile & flexural strength not more than 15% also type tested as per ASTM E-84 meeting flame spread =15.
