Scope of work (a) Contractor shall maintain existing Lawns, flower beds, plants. Gardens, orchard area. (b) Contractor will prepare new lawns flower beds & gardens as and when required by Engineer-i-Charge, digging excavating and levelling the ground is to be done wherever required. (c) Contractor shall be responsible for planting new plants like hedges, saplings, seasonal flowers etc. by digging pits and maintaining the same (Cost of the plants lo be paid separately to the agency). (d) The fertilizers, manures, pesticides etc are to be applied in the lawn, garden and orchard as and when required (The cost offertilizers, manures. pesticides etc shall be paid separately to the agency) (e) Water will be made available at some points by the department and the contractor will use the water by using pipes which will be procured by the contractor. (f)Maintenance work as desired by Engineer-in-charge on priority basis has to be strictly followed by the contractor. (g) The contractor will look after the work and will maintain coordination withthe department and will attend to the complaint (h)The lawn area, garden area, orchard area is to be kept clean from rubbish, weeds and Jungles (i) Total area to be maintained by engaging 08 nos of unskilled manpower per Day at different locations in colony
