2M&L for manually/mechanically raking out existing pavement joints averaging 15 mm wide and taking out unserviceable top portion of Bitumen sealing compound up to 34 mm depth using cutting machine, removing all foreign materials, dust etc and cleaning the surfaces manually or mechanically, drying the surfaces and M&L for manually application of Primer by brush application and sealing the joints to a depth of 13mm of pavement joints by pouring the polysuphide/polyurothene based sealant compound using mixing and dispensing manually/ semiautomatic equipments and filling the balance 11 mm depth with approved 20 mm dia polythene rod and excluding the top 3mm depth kept open for accomodating the expansion effects of the material all as per manufacturers instructions with and including masking tape, machine and blade cost for widening of joints etc complete all as specified and as directed.
3M&L for manually/mechanically raking out existing pavement joints averaging 20 mm wide and taking out unserviceable top portion of bitumen sealing compound up to 40 mm depth using cutting machine, removing all foreign materials, dust etc and cleaning the surfaces manually or mechanically, drying the surfaces and M&L for manually application of primer by brush application and sealing the joints to a depth of 12 mm of pavement joints by pouring the polysuphide/polyurothene based sealant compound using mixing and dispensing manually/ semiautomatic equipments and filling the balance 25 mm depth with approved 25 mm dia polythene rod and excluding the top 3mm depth kept open for accomodating the expansion effects of the material all as per manufacturers instructions with and including masking tape, machine and blade cost for wideneingg of joints etc complete all as specified and as directed.
4M&L for manually/mechanically raking out existing pavement joints averaging 25 mm wide and taking out unserviceable top portion of sealing compound up to 45 mm depth using cutting machine, removing all foreign materials, dust etc and cleaning the surfaces manually or mechanically, drying the surfaces and M&L for manually application of Primer by brush application and sealing the joints to a depth of 12 mm of pavement joints by pouring the polysuphide/polyurothene based sealant compound using mixing and dispensing manually/ semiautomatic equipments and filling the balance 30 mm depth with approved 30 mm dia polythene rod and excluding the top 3mm depth kept open for accomodating the expansion effects of the material all as per manufacturers instructions with and including masking tape, machine and blade cost for widening of joints etc complete all as specified and as directed.
5M&L for manually/mechanically raking out existing pavement joints averaging 30 mm wide and taking out unserviceable top portion ofsealing compound up to 50 mm depth using cutting machine, removing all foreign materials, dust etc and cleaning the surfaces manually or mechanically, drying the surfaces and M&L for manually application of Primer by brush application and sealing the joints to a depth of 12 mm of pavement joints by pouring the polysuphide/polyurothene based sealant compound using mixing and dispensing manually/ semiautomatic equipments and filling the balance 35 mm depth with approved 35 mm dia polythene rod and excluding the top 3mm depth kept open for accomodating the expansion effects of the material all as per manufacturers instructions with and including masking tape, machine and blade cost for widening of joints etc complete all as specified and as directed.
6M&L for racking/hacking out of damaged edges of PCC and cleaning the surface, and taking out waste material removing outside MD land and making good applying Epoxy bond coat slurry of chemical as per manufacturers instructions to concrete surfaces width lies between 20 mm to 40 mm and depth 20 mm to 50 mm complete including surface preparation etc all as specified and directed.
7M&L for preparation of existing airfield pavement surface by brushing with brushes for removing caked mud, all loose materials, dust, wash of fuel or oil contaminants etc, sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.
8M&L for one coat of Sealer compound (Special grade) on air field pavement surfaces by mannual sprayer or standard truck mounted bitumen spray applicator capable of maintaining a constant of spray application @ one sqm metre per kg in single pass all as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and directed.
9Demolition of plain cement concreteand pavings (unreinforced) in any position exc 15 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.
10Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out soft / loose soil including removing of soil complete all as specified and as directe.
11M&L for moorum / red bajri filling in pavings, laid in layers not exc 15cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering and consodilation complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
12Material and labour, factory made, precast concrete, machine pressed, interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS : 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, withgrey cement and pigment (in top layer), coloured, laid over and including 25mm thick fine stone crushed sand cushioning and joints filled with fine sand, complete all as specified and directed.
13M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20 x 20 cm x 25 mm thick with grey cement and pigment set over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and as directed.
14M&L for hardcore of gauge n exc 63mm, using broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick each layer, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed.
15M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete, type C-2 (1:3:6), using 40mm graded stone aggregate, as in sub bases etc, complete all as specified and as directed.
16M&L for cement concrete in pavement/hardstanding of flextural strength 40 Kg/square centimetre in field using 400 Kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less laid in bays as directed with and including formwork if necessary complete all as specified and as directed.
17Cutting channels, grooves or rebates exc 15cm girth but n exc 30cm girth and trimming surface using suitable mechanical means etc complete all as specified and as directed.
18Removing excavated material exc. 250m but n exc. 500m and depositing where directed etc complete all as specified and as directed.
19M&L for manually/mechanically raking out pavement joints for newly made concrete surface averaging 15 mm wide and removing all foreign materials, dust etc and cleaning the surfaces manually or mechanically, drying the surfaces and for manually application of Primer by brush application and sealing the joints to a depth of 13mm of pavement joints by pouring the polysuphide/polyurothene based sealant compound using mixing and dispensing manually/ semiautomatic equipments and filling the balance depth with approved 20 mm dia polythene rod and this provn excludertop 3mm depth open for accomodating the expansion effects of the material all as per manufacturers instructions with and including masking tape, machine and blade cost for widening of joints etc complete all as specified and as directed.
20M&L for sand filling under floor or in above floor / SGA / earthern shoulder in runway including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
