Note :- (i)T&P required for fixing of lights above the security pole such as ladder, Crane vehicle, Hand Glooves, Electric shock Proof shoes for electrician, menpower etc, are inclusive in the quoted rate. (ii)Rate of necessary arrangement for fixing LED light on existing bracket like reducer or extention of pipe by suitable size of GI pipe as per dia of LED light by welding etcare inclusive in the item rate. (iii) Contractor is responsible for taking the shutdown of electric fence of IPSS under 39 Wing and any damage to elelctric fence will be repaired by the contractor are inclusive in the quoted rate. (i)A certificate from the manufacturer for warranty minimum upto 05 years shall be obtained and submitted to GE/AGE. (iv) Any touch up of the existing surface due to changing of fittings shall be done by contractor with similar surface finish without extra cost to the department. (v) CA No shall be written on each fitting before installation. (vi)Driver shall be potted antivibration type. (vii). LM-79 and LM-80 test report with 1 Lakh burning hours LED life from NABL lab shall be povided. (viii)CRI (Colou Rendring Index) of fixture shall be > 70. (ix) CCT (Colout Correlated Temprature of fixture shal be 5700K ± 300 K. (x) System Lumen Efficacy shall be >100Lm/W (xi)5KV separate Surge Protector shall be provided as a part of fitting. (xii) 5 years Warrantee shall be provided by contractor suppoted by OEM covering all parts of luminaire. |

Earthing wire protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 50 mm bore medium grade and connected to continuous earth wire on pole/ test point.Watering pipe shall be 20mm bore GI medium grade. The earthing shall be inclusive ofexcavation and earth work in any type of soil,charcoal, salt,funnel , PCC pit and RCC cover complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note 1- following items deemed to be included in quoted rate (a) Earth electrode. (b) Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point and further to equipment to be earthed upto 7.5 metre. (c) Material and labourfor connecting earth electrode and earthing lead as specified. (d) Adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt as per direction. (e) All labour involved including testing of earth net work. (f) Excavation and earth work or drilling hole for electrode. (g) P.C.C. pit and C.I. cover. (h) Funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh and copper lugs etc. as specified. (j) G.I. protection pipe of size ordered specified for protection of earthing lead from mechanical injury or tempering.
