4Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
5Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in charge.All kinds of soil.
6Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
7Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size de rived from natural sources).
8Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natu ral sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

11Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

22Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface.
23Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture
24Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 75mm average thickness.
25Drilling suitable holes in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100mm upto 200mm in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars for sunshades/balconies including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make but excluding the cost of reinforcement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Upto and including 12mm dia.
26Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
27Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).
28Water proofing treatment of RCC sunshade with Zycosil/equivalent water proofing Solution (1 litre of Zycosil/equivalent & 20 litres of water stirred first & 2 litres of Zycoprime/equivalent added and stirred (total 23 litres)) till it meets the saturation level and testing as per RILEM or by water drops test in which water drops do not absorb but drops remain or rolls.
29Providing and fixing anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868. Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) sub frame work for windows and ventilators with extruded built up standard tubular sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia and size (Dash fastener to be paid for separately).
30Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel, flat, built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) etc. as required. Intruss, gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates, grill and similar works.
31Providing and laying full body Vitrified tiles sizes 600x600mm or more (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours & shade, in wall, skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete.
32Providing and laying 100 x 100x50 mm size granite paver block , laid in required pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
33Providing and laying full body Vitrified tiles sizes 600x600mm or more (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours & shade, in floor, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.
34Providing & fixing GRC (glass fiber reinforced concrete) jaliminimum 30mm thick all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
35Providing & fixing GRC (glass fiber reinforced concrete) baluster minimum 75 mm diameter all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
36Providing & fixing precast RCC baluster for railing minimum 75 mm diameter all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
37Providing and fixing minimum 1mm thick SS 304 grade letter on wall or board with suitable arrangement, laid in required approved pattern. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Height of individual letter measured for payment)
38Providing and fixing premium quality 4mm thick aluminium composite panel (ACP) sheet on existing framework with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws,adhesive or necessary arrangementand filling the gaps with weather silicone sealants etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge.
39Providing and fixing false ceiling of premium quality 6mm thick High pressure laminated (HPL) sheeton existing framework with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws,rivets,or necessary arrangement etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge.
40Deduct for taking away dismantledmaterial received during execution of works. Mild steel, reinforcement etc.
