| 23 | Making and supply of Anchor bolts for fixing base of tower manufactured from 20 mm to 32 mm diameter of EN-8 steel bar of required length in single piece confirming to IS : 2062-1999, threaded at top 200 mm length and bending at bottom as per approved drawing including suitable hexagonal nuts & check nuts and MS spring washers complete including approximately 85 micron galvanizing for top 200mm length as per IS : 4759-1996 as per approved drawing and directions of Engineer-in-charge. (The rate is inclusive of the cost of the materials, labour, all taxes as applicable and carriage, loading, unloading and stacking at site) |

| 25 | Labour charge for lifting, hoisting, fixing and erection of 18 metre height Roof Top Tower at all levels as per Drawing and Design with all its necessary components viz climbing ladders, platforms with railings, web guides, racks, cable trays, fixing of Antenna mounts & fixtures at proper height etc. , placing of base plates and fixing with HD nuts & bolts, spring washers and welding as and where ever required complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (The rate is inclusive of all operation involved in lifting of material from ground to terrace i.e. roof of the building and mumty & hoisting, erection of tower & fixing with plates, nuts, bolts, spring washers & welding where ever required including hire and labour charges of tools, plants & machineries, insurance premium of labourers, life jackets, safety belts, helmets & all other necessary safety devices etc. and nothing will be paid extra on this account). The verticality of the errected tower on all sides shall be within 25mm (i.e. the bottom of the line joining the centre of the top of the tower and the centre of the base of the tower is within 25mm from the centre of the base of the tower) by taking all precautions against damage, accident, obtaining necessary insurance against all risk . |
| 26 | The contractor will be held responsible for fulfilment & compliance of all the technical requirements of AT of the tower. |
| 27 | Painting two or more coat with high gloss synthetic enamel paint of approved brand, manufacture and colour (International white and orange) over a coat of Zinc Chromate yellow primer of approved brand and manufacture as per recommendation of the International Civil Aviation Rule on 15 metre height Galvanized structural steel roof top tower( all sides & all faces) including all components i.e. ladders, platforms with railings, web guides, racks,cable trays,Antenna mounts & fixtures etc. (The rate is inclusive of the cost of all materials, transportation and labour charges involve including lifting, preparation of surface, tools and plants, rope, hooks, safety measures required for safety of labourers & insurance premium of labourers etc.Nothing will be paid extra on this account). |
| 28 | Transportation of dismantled tower materials from Berhampurto Daitari Mines area including loading and unloading and sorting the tower members serially dimension wise and stacking at RTT site all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 29 | Providing and fixing lightening Arrestor at the top of the tower (Lightening rod made of copper, with 12 mm dia and 600 mm length as per IS : 613 (2000)) with a spike on one end and threading on the other shall be provided on the top of the tower. Tin coated copper wire IS Mark of gauge 7/20 shall be provided from lower end of the lightening rod to the lug with a hole provided at 0.5m below the top of the tower as per approved design. The spike shall be insulated from tower by teflon materials as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 30 | Providing and fixing galvnised steel bolts including nuts and washers of approved quality in joints of tower members all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge . |
| 31 | Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm GI strip on surface or in recess for connection etc. as required. |
| 32 | Providing and fixing LED aviation obstruction lamp of saraj, binay or equivalent on the top of the tower with light dependent resistance sensor (day and night automatic timer) switch with necessary MCB switches, cables clamps etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 33 | Providing and fixing sign board of size upto one sqm with Mild steel sheet of thickness 1mm and 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron frame supported with m.s sections as per approved design including painting of the board by two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer including lettering with paint of approved colour and pattern all completeas per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 34 | Providing and fixing ring earth consisting of specified and required ring size at site and laying of G.I. Flats of size 50 x 6 mm laid at the bottom of the tower foundation pit, one metre away from the tower base. The G.I. flats shall be connected with each other with G.I. nuts and bolts after placing lead strips/ lead wool of 90x50x1mm thick in between and with legs of tower with G.I. nuts and bolts with spring washers. All the joints shall be properly wrapped and sealed by water proof tape to avoid ingress of moisture. The G.I flats shall be covered with fine and cohesive good earth all around and duly compacted. The G.I. flats shall be bent in such a way that curves are smooth having radius not less than one metre. The rate shall be inclusive of all materials and labour including tools and plants, incidental cost etc. all complete and nothing extra shall be paid on any account except earthwork in excavation, filling available excavated earth or good earth brought from outside as the case may be. |
| 35 | (Note:Payment shall be made only if the ohmic value of the earth resistance is 0.5 ohms or less. Security deposit for the whole work will be released only after completion of A/T Any rectification required to make earth resistance to 0.5 ohms or less is to be carrie out by the agency. If the A/T is not done in one year after completion of work 75% of S.D. will be released. Remaining part of S.D. will be released after completion of A/T). |
