7Supply, laying or fixing in replacement, jointing and testing LT under ground electric power cable crossed linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured,ISI-7098 marked, with aluminium conductor multi stranded, heavy duty 1100 Volts grade of size 10 Sqmm cross sectional area, 2 core, complete all as specified laid in trenches / laid under floor or fixed naked on walls / on poles / in ducts / in GI pipes etc. with and including MS Clamps, nuts, bolts, washers complete all as specified and directed. Note :-Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection bricks / tiles / block and pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items.

21Supply and errectionin replacement05 mtr continuously tapered hot dip galvanised Octagonal cross sectional pole with single dipping method having bottom 130 mm A/F and top 70 mm A/F 3 mm thick confirming to ASTM A 572 Gr with yield 450mpa cut and folded to form an octagonal section and welded in accordance with AWS for wind loading as per IS 875 part 3 1987.Poles shall be provided with base plate of size 225x225x12 mm which shall be free from any lamination or incursion with no cutting or welding on the pole after hot dip galvanising with single arm 1000 mm long bracket tilted to 150 degree from horizontal toward vertices suitable for mounting on the octagonal pole, of company recommendationand one no TPN Connecton 3 phase 4 wire 100 Amps, and one number MCB SP 6 Amps. A triangular flat MS plat of 6mm thick duly coated with GI shall be welded between cap of the octagonal pole and bracket. Welding work shall be done 250mm on bracket and 150 mm on pole"s cap including all RCC work type (1:2:4) type B-1 including 04 Nos foundation nut bolt and plate as per pole manufacturer"s drawing and earth work all as per requirement complete all as specified and directed. 23M&L for taking out LT electric pole 9 metre long, removing embadded portion, shifting / removing of same LT pole 9 mtr from one place to another places of entier Cantt area,refixing the pole including necessary excavation and earth work , PCC 1:4:8 type D2 in foundations below pole, PCC 1:3:6 type C2 around poles and PCC 1:3:6 type C1 as in plinth block, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed.
24M&L for taking out LT electric Octagonal pole 5/7 mtr, removing from foundation, shifting / removing of same LT pole from one place to another places of entier Cantt area,refixing the pole including construction of RCC foundation with construction material, necessary earth work and excavaton, nut bolt, as per manufacturer design disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed.
25Material and labour for renewal of earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground connected togalvanized steel strip of size 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washer of galvanized steel, watering pipe of 20 mm bore, galvanised iron, medium grade, and 40 mm bore galvanised iron light grade for earth wire protectionincluding all excavation earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and RCC 1:2:4, type B1 for precast chamber cover 50 mm thick, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali (weight not less than 4.00 Kg / sqm),with charcoal, salt, funnel complete all as shown in the electrical plate No 3 of SSR part –I and testing on completion.
26Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in replacementfactory made, CPRI approved Timer panel board (Dimention of Cubical / enclosure not less than 600 mm x 450 mm x 450 mm), confirming to IS 5039, cubical compartmentalized, out door type, double door, plate form mounted, suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HzAC supply system, having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminium bus bars four pole installed on porcelain / SMC insulator. The timerpanel shall be dust and vermin proofIP-54 class protection, outer shell made of of 3.15 mm CRCA sheet, inner shell made of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet, 40 x 40 x 6 mm thick MS angle iron frame work, the cubical have bottom support of angle iron 50 x 50 x 6mm duly powder coated with zink metal coating, front and rear opening type, with apron for cable entry closing locking arrangement including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid, copper conductor FRLS cable, IS-694 marked,1100 volts grade of appropriate size ( but not less than 2.5 Sqmm)and comprising of the following:-

(b) Incoming MCCB 250 Amps 36 KA, 415 Vots, 50 Hz, FP.– 1 No (c)LED Indicator lamp RYB - 01 set of three.
