1. Architectural and structural consultancy job for undermentioned items of work to be completed as per description and terms & conditions mentioned herein below:-Item of work for which consultanct is required:-(i) 01 x store room of floor area (06m x 06m) and toilet (1.5 x 2.0m) as per dimension and other detail shown in Appx \"A\" attached. The foundation of store shall be RCC franed structure.Terms and conditions(a)The foundation shall be designed assuming after determining SBC at a depth of 1.20m as mentioned below(b)Preparation and supply of architectural drawing (Plan, Section, Elevation, Internal Electrification Plan and schedule of finishes etc) in triplicate(c)Preparation and supply of structrual drawings, based on software like STAAD/STRAP with load chart for entire structual components, viz walls, columns, beams, slabs alongwith structural drawings complete as per direction of GE (AF) B/R Chakeri and submission of design containing structural analysis, design, calculation and drawing in hard copy as well as soft copy. The final structural drawing must be vetted from Govt Engineering college.(d)02 Copy of draft architectural and structural drawings shall be submitted to GE (AF) B/R Chakeri by the consultant for finalsion of drawings.(e) The final structural drawing must be vetted from any Govt Engineering college.(f)03 sets of final architectural and structural drawing in hard copy as well as in soft copy shall be submitted by the consultant.(g)The consultant my visit office of GE (AF) B/R Chakeri for any requisite detail required for design & preparation of Architectural and structural drawing.
