Repairing And Strengthening Of Structure Of P-1 Conveyor Discharge Head At New Chp Of Dipka Expansion Project.

Sl. No. Item Description
1Complete dismantling of Discharge head Drum arrangement, Discharge Chute along with wornout supports, structures, floor etc at site for rectification.
2Fabrication and erection of wornout support structures for strengthening of base frame & floor for Discharge head Drum arrangement and Discharge Chute sections. (to be carried out at out side of TH) (Iron & steel will be provided by deptt.)
3Painting of complete fabricated structure including discharge chute section with 3 coats i.e. one coat of red oxide primer, and two coat of enamel paint of approved brand as required.
4Installation and Commissioning of Discharge head Drum arrangement, Discharge Chute, floor sections along with other accessories.
5Note: The estimated cost is excluding CMPF @ 12% and CMPS @ 7%. These statutory payment as applicable shall be reimbursed to the contractor on production of proof of payment limited to the maximum likely number of workmen to be deployed per day is 14 nos.
