6	Plaster ( External ) - Providing sand faced plaster 25mm thick externally in cement mortar using approved screened sand in all positions including basecoat of 15mm thick in 1:4 using water proof compound 1kg per cement bag curing the same for not less than two days and keeping the surface of basecoat rough to receive the sand faced treatment of 6 to 8 mm thick in C.M. 1:4 finishing the surface taking out the grains and curing for fourteen days including including fixing of chicken mesh at concrete brickwork junction, glass fiber reinforcement [recron]scaffolding etc. complete.
7	P.O.P. Punning - Scraping of old paint/ distemper wherever necessary from the existing walls, and applying of 3.0 to 6.0 mm thick lime punning over it to give a smooth leveled finish, the final coat of punning to have one coat of oil based Cement primer. The work shall include all material, fixing, wastages, labor, all lead and lifts at all levels, loading and un loading, transportation and other incidental charges, cleaning after completion, removal of excess material and debris from site to nearest waste collection etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.( For Partition walls between PET CT, Battery Room, UPS Room & Equipment room )
8	Flooring, Dado, Skirting ( Vitrified Tiles ) - Providing and Fixing Vitrified Tiles 10 mm thick600 x 600 with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, on up to 50 mm thick cement mortar base 1:4. The work shall include cost of materials, fixing wastages, labor, all lead and lift at all levels, loading and unloading, transportation, curing, joint filling, (with cement grout matching the color of tiles, balendure), removing of existing tiles if any, cleaning after fixing. complete and all other incidental charges like breakage in transportation or on site or while fixing, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Tiles to be used strictly which have been used for existing flooring or approved shade and design.
9	Flooring ( Anti - Skid Tiles ) - Providing and Fixing Vitrified Tiles 10 mm thick300 x 300 with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, on up to 50 mm thick cement mortar base 1:4. The work shall include cost of materials, fixing wastages, labor, all lead and lift at all levels, loading and unloading, transportation, curing, joint filling, (with cement grout matching the colour of tiles, balendure), removing of existing tiles if any, cleaning after fixing. complete and all other incidental charges like breakage in transportation or on site or while fixing, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
10	P.O.P. On Flooring - Providing and Applying average 12mm thk. P.O.P. on floor, on plastic sheet to protect floor from physical damage during construction.
11	Core Cutting - Drilling with core cutting machine ( 50 mm - 300 mm ) in RCC slabs, walls etc.wherever required in buildings, manholes, ducts, water tanks, pits etc. for laying pipes, sleeves and making good the same to give an even finish . The rate shall include the cost of drilling core, providing EPOXY based water proofing compound for sealing the joints around the pipes, nominal reinforcement wherever required, scaffolding and labor charges for working at all levels ,leads and heights . (Maximum thickness of RCC members shall be 300mm) and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
12	Micro Concrete - Drilling & Providing encasement to Gantry anchors, with free flow high strength non shrink micro concrete M -35 using single cement micro concrete shrinkage components added with 100% by weight saturated dry stone dust. The water cement ratio should be maintained as per manufacturer"s specifications to achieve dense solid mass. The Micro concrete shall be poured properly in slurry tight prefixed holding boards formwork, fixed properly in line, level and in the required size/shape and well oiled etc. The air bubbles, if any shall be removed by tapping the boards and removing the same after 24 hours, curing the micro-concrete thoroughly for 14 Days etc. complete. The rate shall be inclusive of shuttering, strutting, curing etc. including cost reinforcement complete as directed and instructed.
13	Cable Trench - Providing Cable trench and cutout of on site required size in flooring and wall with finishing of all edges with PCC & providing plaster to wall cutouts with paint & specs as mentioned in BOQand providing 3 mm removable cover made of Stainless steel matt finish on front side for cables, The work shall include all material, fixing, wastages, labor, all lead and lifts at all levels, loading and un loading, transportation and other incidental charges, cleaning after completion, removal of excess material and debris from site to nearest waste collection etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
14	Internal Wall/Ceiling Paint - Providing and Applying Internal wall painting with Acrylic paint of approved shade including basepreparation using putty and fillers as specified and directed all complete. ( 2 coat lambi putty + 2 coat primer + 2 or more coats of paint ). The work shall include all material, fixing, wastages, labor, all lead and lifts at all levels, loading and un loading, transportation and other incidental charges, cleaning after completion, removal of excess material and debris from site to nearest waste collection etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
15	Cemetacious BoardCeiling - Providing & fixing Cementacious board celling false ceiling as per drawing.using 12 mm thick plain gypsum boards and gypsum verticals for cove lighting of M/s. Saint Gobain or approved equivalent, fixed to the suspended grid, fabricated and fixed to the soffit of roof / beams and wall using - Gypsteel Ultra ceiling sections - perimeter channels of size 20 mm x 28 mm x 30 mm fixed to the wall using metal screws and nylon sleeves recommended by the manufacturer at a spacing not exceeding 600 mm c/c, intermediate channels of size 15 mm x 45 mm x 15 mm at a spacing not exceeding 1200 mm c/c suspended using ceiling angles of size 25 mm x 10 mm and appropriate length, fixed to the soffit of R.C.C beams / slabs using G.I soffit cleats of size 27 mm x 37mm x 25 mm x 1.6 mm and metal expansion fasteners of 38 mm x 12 mm diameter at a spacing not exceeding 1200 mm c/c, ceiling sections of size 80 mm x 26 mm x 51 mm provided across the intermediate channel at a spacing of 475 mm c/c, at bottom which shall be fixed by G.I connecting clips of 2.64 mm diameter at junctions. The ceiling channels shall be provided with a minimum overlap of 50 mm at joints and fixed to the perimeter channels using metal screws at ends. Specifications using cold rolled Gypsteel Ultra sections and Gypsum boards manufactured by Gypsum India Ltd. or approved equivalent. Additional perimeter channels / ceiling sections shall be provided around the cut outs for light fittings A/C diffusers etc. Additional support for cut outs to be provided at no extra cost. The ceiling boards shall be fixed to the underside of the suspended grid using 3.5 mm x 25 mm self-tapping screws. The joints shall be finished with joint paper tape and jointing compound of approved make and providing and applying plaster of Paris putty for required thickness. 16	Metal Grid Ceiling - Providing & fixing 600 mm x 600 mm powdered coated metal perforated / non perforated plain tiles with beveled edges and integrated , false ceiling with metal suspension silout grid (to match existing false ceiling pattern) system false ceiling for area under scope.Installation shall be used as per Manufacturers specificationsgalvanized section ,exposed tee will be powder coated and withsuspension system i.e.anchor fastener, vertical hanger, hook clip etc. as described. To be laid at all heights cut to all shapes and sizes. 17	Skylight - ( Gantry Room ) - Providing and fixing of Skylight of translucent acrylic sheet of approved print design on exposed face ( 4" x 6" ), with box frame made with 18 mm ply covered with approved laminate on all exposed edges and shall be back lit with LED strips as per specifications and drawings, with all fitting, wiring & framing accessories necessary.The work shall include all material, fixing, wastages, labor, all lead and lifts at all levels, loading and un loading, transportation and other incidental charges, cleaning after completion, removal of excess material and debris from site to nearest waste collection etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
18	Epoxy Self levelling : Providing and doing epoxy self levelling over existing flooring and making surface clean and clear to receive PVC flooring as per manufacturers specification, including cleaning the flooring dirt free, curing etc. complete as directed and instrustructed.
19	Vinyl Flooring - Supply and fixing of 2 mm thick vinyl of approved dual colour by architect and customer laid on IPS Flooring / PCC with plain finish inculuding self leveling compound in machine room without any undulation and quality check approved by the engineer.The work shall include all material, fixing, wastages, labor, all lead and lifts at all levels, loading and un loading, transportation and other incidental charges, cleaning after completion, removal of excess material and debris from site to nearest waste collection etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
20	Roller Blinds - Providing and fixing of( 100% Polyester Woven Fabric (Acrylic coated) 168 GSM Solid panel: 0.4mm± ) Openness Factor : 3% 4-5 Grade tested in accordance with BS EN ISO 105- B01:1999 ( colour and texture will be provided by the architect ) Control Unit: Blinds mechanism must have the control clutch drive unit with engineered heavy duty chain drive pulley operating system consisting of gear clutch housing and locking plug containing at least 6 ribs and inserted into a minimum of 38mm dia. roller tube. Clutch has to be self-lubricating with safety pins for secure bracket installation and unlocking pin for quick manual removal. Provided clutch system must allow convenience in operation for large windows to the smallest windows. The control unit should be made up of polypropylene material using injection moulding method. Gearing Ratio: 1.75:1 to reduce operating force for larger blinds. 24 nos Sprocket for 38mm diameter roller tube.
