Name of Work: The prospective bidders shall fill in annual rates and prices towards rent (putting together rent in respect of partial shelf space in each Booth)for all the booths in a cluster inquantities both in words and figures. For the ease of submission of bids a soft copy of BOQ (Excel file ) is being attached which should be used for filling the rates both in words and figures for the BOQ. The printout of duly filled soft copy of BOQ items (Excel file) should be taken signed, stamped and attached with the bid. The same duly filled soft copy of the BOQ (Excel file) should be submitted along with the bid. In case of any discrepancy between signed hard copy of BOQ and soft copy of BOQ, the rates quoted in signed hard copy will prevail. Bill of Quantities from State Dairy Federations (SDFs)/ Mother Dairy and/or Milk Producer Companies and Milk Unions of SDFs (like Amul, Mother Dairy, Verka,Sudha, Sanchi etc.) seeking quotation/rate for leasing/ renting out of partial shelf space in DMS milk booths (about 400 plus in numbers) and collaborating with the selected parties to support milk and milk products retailing outlet services in respect of various milk and milk product. Financial bid/ below mentioned rates will remain applicable for entire contract period of 03 years.
