Bearings, wear rings, Orings and mechanical seal to be replaced.Impeller, casings, shafts to be inspected and repaired if found worn out ,Pump should be boxed up back and tried out for the performance test in the presence of ship staff/ IRS. job includes alignment with motor,NDT checks,alignment,trueness,initial and final reports and calibration reports to be submitted. All Required spares,Bearings(SKF/ FAG/ TIMKEN/ NTN), wear rings, O-rings and Mechanical seals(General seals/ SKF), sleeve, shaft key, bushes,ss fasteners(SS316),cocks,pump guards,joints,couplings and coupling pads and consumables are procure,supply and fitment in contractor scope. Test certificate and material certificate to be provided for Bearings and mechanical seals.satisfactory operation trials shown to ship staff and surveyor. |
