Corrigendum : Tender For Replacement Of Broken Asbestos Cement Sheet And Providing Water Proofing Of The Roof In Desired Colour And Other Allied Works To Protect Water Leakage During Rains Of Mini Pilot Plant In Garden At Nbri, Lucknow.
Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of: Asbestos Cement sheet.

Cleaning/racking out joints including wire brushing of asbestos cement sheet roof including disposal of unserviceable material upto dumping ground.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand).

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design : In 75x75 mm deep chase.

Providing Asbestos cement 6 mm thick corrugated sheets roofing up to any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc.complete

Providing and fixing ridges and hips in fibre cement reinforced by organic fibres and/or inorganic synthetic fibres roofing with suitable fixing accessories or self drilling fastener and EPDM washer etc. complete. Corrugated serrated adjustable ridges

Waterproofing Treatment of AC sheet shed with following specification and application: Apply first two coat of Epoxy based FloArm Primer EPW-44 or eqvt make. ; before application of AquaArm WPU 1K E or eqvt. make and mix both the components of Primer and apply by brush on cleaned AC shed. Apply of AquaArm WPU 1K E (polyurethane liquid membrane) or eqvt make to every joint, bolts & holes with fiber mesh in between two coats and apply the first coat after covering all the holes and joints. Now apply final coat with AquaArm Supercoat or eqvt. make as per manufacturer specification with desired colour and shade.
