2M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
3All as per Srl item No 2.00 here-in-before but except brick. Note : Old serviceable brick retrieved from serial item No 1.00 of BOQ here-in-before shall be used under this item.
4M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius half brick thick wall built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.
5Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
6M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM in (1:4) finished fair and even external surfacecomplete all as specified and directed.
7M&L for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) andfinished surface fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.
8M&L for rendering 5mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of ceiling in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.
9M&L for applying a coat oftwo component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious water proofing coating, having properties of 80 % elongation as per ASTM D412, resisting 5 bars hyrostatic pressure as per DIN 1048, reduction to rapid chloride shall be 70 as per DIN 1048, crack bridging upto 1.2mm as per ASTM 4548.5. The mixing ratio of the coating shall be 2 parts of powder & 1 part of liquid without any water addition in the mixing, etc., complete as per manufacturers specifications andsprinkle sand at 10-15 gram per sqft for better grip with plaster complete all as specified and directed.
10M&L for preparartion of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats cement base paint on walls complete all as specified and as directed.
11M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats ofoil bound distemper over a one coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and directed.
12M&L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.
13Repair to rolling shutter including taking down and refixing, greasing, oiling, painting with coat of synthetic enamel paint to steel surfaces, necessary welding and repair to roller plates, springs (if required) etc as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
14S&F steel rolling shutters 1.25mm thick without ball bearing as specified inlcuding top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated, complete push pull or manual type including taking down old unserviceable shutter complete all as specified and directed.
15S&F 1.25 mm thick Steel rolling shutters, without ball bearing gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer erected in position as indicated, complete inclding taking down old unserviceable steel rolling shutter complete all as specified and directed.
16S&F in repair Safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutters all as specified.
17S&F in repair Ball bearing for rolling shutters all as specified.
18M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
19M&L for preparation of old painted surface of any discpription and applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint of Dark Shade, completeall as specified and directed.
20M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
21M&L for preparation of old plaster surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement based paint on wallscomplete all as specified and directed.
22M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparartion of old surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based painton walls etc complete all as specified and as directed.
23Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) af any description and in any position not otherwise specifically proveded for complete all as specified and directed.
24M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs of drains, manholes, septic tanks, soakage wells etc. including placing in position and set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: - Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.
25S&F mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
26Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
27M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) for skirting / dado finishes complete all as specified and as directed.
28M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and benching including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cementcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Forming fair finished channel for drain using extra cement shall be measured and paid for separately.
29Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 45 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
30Racking out cement joints to brick work in walls or bricks on edge in floors, surfaces channels, roofs etc. complete all as specified and directed.
31M&L for flush pointing to brick laid flat or brick tiles in paving, surface channels, roofs etc in CM (1:3) complete all as specified & directed.
32Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and directed.
33M&L 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.
34M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
35M&L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block with grey cement & pigment any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed.
36M&L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block with grey cement & pigment any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade complete all as specified and directed.
37M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railigs upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, sligtly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.
38M&L for pre-polished chequered tiles (any colour) of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, with grey cement & pigmentset, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors laid over and including 20mm screed bedding in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.
39M&L for vitrified paving tiles (any colour) of size 30cm x 30cm x 10mm thick, with gray cement & pigmentset, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors laid over and including 15mm screed bedding in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.
40M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushedstone aggregate as inplinth protection, finished fair and evencomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Plinth protection shall be laid to slope (1 in 30) in bays not exceeding 3 metre in length and joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with sealing compound grade B. Cost of ceiling compund is included in the unit rate of this item complete all as spcified and directed.
41M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in floors finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
42M&L forming contraction (Dummy) joint 65mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound grade "A" complete all as specified and directed.
43Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, laid, bedded, jointed and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
44M & L for 18-20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for Shelves (veneering to wall) incl 12mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified & directed by Eng-in-charge.
45M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20 to 25mm thick (minimum size 550mm x 550mm or size as directed) laid over & including screed bed or bedding layer of 20mm thick in CM (1:6) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
46M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 18 to 20mm thick (minimum size 550mm x 100mm or size as directed), on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting, raiser of steps etc. laid over & including rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including cutting, grinding, rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
