| 1 | Providing consultancy and Liasoning works for obtaining documents for subdivision of plot involvingthe following works: i. Obtaining approved building plans, IOD, CC, part OC/OC of the existing building/structure/s from Building proposal department. ii.Obtaining latest copy of water bill from water department. iii.Obtaining no dues certificate from the property tax/assessment department of MCGM. iv.Obtaining latest P.R. card. v.Obtaining assessment extract with 1st date of assessment. vi.Obtaining current/latest C.S. plans. vii.Obtaining latest DP 2034 remarks. viii.Carrying out total station survey of the plot including preparation of the drawing in accordance with the requirement of MCGM for submission at the time of application of sub-plotting (though total station survey of additional area of surrounding/adjoining plots on periphery is required to be done) which is more that the existing plot area, payment shall be restricted to the area of the plot. ix.Obtaining Road-Line Remarks. x. Obtaining Title Clearance Certificate with 30/60 years’ search report. xi. Superimposing the current/latest C.S. plans on the drawing prepared by total station survey as per item viii above. |
