| 1 | Providing & Fixing 1. Compactor Storage unitof height 2080mm.The side, back & top of the box is made of 1.2mm thick (18 gauge) prime quality CRCA sheets. Compactor havinhg 4 shelves making 5 compartments. The body has independent precision punches slotted strips welded at corners to support the shelves to ensure flexibility in adjusting the height of the shelves. Shelves having metal stiffener made of CRCA sheet 150mm wide and 1.2mm thick suitably spot welded to stiffener. Base trolley made of HR sheet in 3mm thick. Shelves are made of 1.2mm thick prime quantity mild steel having 8 folds each designed to carry UDL of 180-200 kgs. The shelf is fixed to the compactor body by means of a support bracket, which facilitates adjustment of shelf as 25mm pitch. System is provided with centralized locking arrangement on the last unit when all the units are brought together, central lock when operated gets locked with the plate which is welded to the rail and does not allow access to the units. The compactors shall consist of single face static unit at one end and double face mobile unit in middle and single face mobile unit at other end with 900mm extended of 3 nos. pair of rail for movement of mobile units. The movement of mobile units shall be control with driving mechanism, operated from side with help of driving wheel. High quality cold rolled close annealed (CRCA) sheet anticorrosion treated components, duly power coated with ten tank phosphating procedure with 60 to 70 microns. Compactors also BIFMA test certified. All the Steel components shall be welded together to form one unit duly powder coating dry film thickness in conveyorised powder-coating plant with bakin oven and powder applicators after 10 tank pre treatment process flow using hankel chemical i.e. Degreasing (Ist tank), Water RinsingI (2nd tank), Derusting (3rd tank).
