| 1 | Cleaning of underground sump, Over Head R.C.C. Tank (independent staging) including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations:- (i)Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of silt and other deposits. (ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water. (iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine. (iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface. (v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |

(stand by or non-working period) Special Conditions: - 1. The agency will install the pumps at required location as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The Agency will make arrangement for suction as well as delivery line of appropriate length to dispose the rainwater in nearby drain as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 2. The agency will provide the pumps of capacity 4000 litres per hour as and when Engineer-in-Charge directed for the same. The agency will uninstall, shift & re-install the same at required location within 02 hrs of Intimation of Engineer-in-Charge. 3. The agency will provide the additional pump within 24 hrs after getting intimation from Engineer-in-Charge. 4. The total nos of pump to be provided will be at the discretion of Engineer-in-Charge. 5. In case of failure of agency to commence pump as and when required at site, he will be liable of penalty of Rs 5000/- (Rs Five Thousand only) per day per pump. 6. The rates are inclusive of pump operator. |
