Stockholder Will Be Fully Responsible For Any Addition, Deletion, Alteration And Variation Comes In The Lot After Joint Lot Inspection. Stack-5 Involves Crossing Of One M/L And One Emu Siding. 4 Nos 52 Kg Rails Are Lying Near Stack Not In Lot And Not To Be Delivered. Stack-6 1 New Rail Of 60 Kg Near Stack And 1 52 Kg Rails Used As Dunnage In Lot Not To Be Delivered. Stack-7 One New Rail Not In Lot.3 Nos 82 Lbs Not Lying Near Stack Not In Lot. 1 Rail Below 1Mtr Not In Lot And Not To Be Delivered. Since The Rails Are Near To Running M/L Utmost Care To Be Taken By The Stockholder And Purchaser Labour While Loading Of Rails By Hydra/Manual. The Purchaser Shall Be Responsible For Any Loss Or Damage To Any Other Railway Property/Facility/Equipment, Safety Of His Labour And Other Staff In Railway Premises During The Process Of Cutting And Loading Of Rails Due To His Negligence.
