S& F 40 amps 4P MCB C series in metal enclosure including interconnection with suitable size of copper wire) for master control lighting & Raw Power. 4. Supply and fixing of TPN MCB DB (Double door) with following accessories : a) 1 No. of 40A TP MCB as incomer b) 6 nos 16A SP MCB , 3 Nos. of 40A SP MCB for Lighting & Raw power points 5. Supply and fixing of SPN MCB DB (Double door) with following accessories : a) 1 No. of 40A, 100 mA DP RCBO as incomer b) 4 nos 10A SP MCB (Lighting DB) 6. Supply & fixing on wall industrial Plug & socket DB in metal enclosure with one 40 Amps industrial socket (P+N+E) but with 40 Amps SP MCB duly inter connected.(UPS output) 8. Supply,installation and commissioning of 1 No. of double door type. MCCB DB with 63 A MCCB at incomer and 2 Nos. of 40A MCB at outgoing for UPS input, 2 No. of 32 A MCB for Air-conditioner and 1 No. of 16 A SPMCB for light circuit. 9. Supply & Installation (AC-Timer DB) of 4 hours automatic power switching controller for AC with electronic timer and manual in double door powder coated MS box. Regulate cyclic operation of 2 AC, should include: 32A DP 100mA RCBO, electronic timer QT31, 2Nos 3P contactor, 2 Nos 20A DP MCB, 2 Nos modular switch, 2 indicator. 10. Supply & installation of 1.1 KV Grade PVC insulated and sheathed armoured AL cable with GI earth continuity wire by MS bar saddles on wall a. 3x1/2 c X 50 SQ MM b. 3x1/2 C X 25 sq mm 11. End connection of above cable with heavy duty nickle plated brass compression gland crimping type socket insulation tape etc. with all concern. 12. Supply & fixing of 100A FP ON Load Change over (Front handle) including interconnection with suitable size of copper. 13. Supply & installation of TPN front operated 160A, 25KA, 4P MCCB (adjustable overload and fixed short circuit) in factory fabricated, powder coat painted metal enclosure complete along with statutory caution board, earthing and having wall mounting hinges etc. The box must have sufficient space for Aluminium cable termination upto 50 sqmm. 14. Supply & installation of 16 SWG thickness sheet steel enclosure including the following duly interconnected with 2nos. 32 A DP OFF load change over switch in metal enclosure and distribution in various areas. i) 5 Nos. 25 mm x 6 mm x 300mm tinned copper bus bars (Ph-2,N-2,E-1) ii) 6 Nos. 32 Amp DP MCB and 2 Nos. neutral connector and 2 Nos. neutral (UPS Changeover) 15. Electric Main Panel :-Supply and Installation,testing and commissioning of floor/wall mounted Electric panel fabricated with 16SWG CRCA sheet. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof including internal connection with bus bar/cables up to the terminals duly painted with two coats of powder coated paint,danger board etc. and comprising of the following:- INCOMER: 1 No. of 160A ,4P ,25KA MCCB with control fuses three LEDs R,Y,B.(WBSEDCL) along with ammeter & Voltmeters of relevant range and selector switch and a) 1 No. of 100A 4P MCCB, 25 KA, b) 2 Nos. of 63A 4P MCCB, 25 KA at outgoing with three LEDS with control fuse for R,Y,B indication along with ammeter & Voltmeters of relevant range & selector switch with 200 amp tinned copper busbar (Normal Supply busbar). 16. Wiring/cabling with 660/1100 V grade PVC insulated multi stranded copper wire/cable through ISI marked minimum 2 mm thick PVC conduit with junction box ,circular box, elbows ,bends, couplers and other accessories concealed (below the false ceiling) or by chase cutting on wall /floor or on surface by bar saddles. 17. Supply and laying of 1100 V grade PVC insulated multi stranded copper wire/cable through ISI marked GI flexible conduit with junction box ,circular box, elbows ,bends, couplers and other accessories on surface by bar saddles with 4X16 sq mm +2X6 sq mm. 18. Supply and fixing of 200A fuse cut out including fuses for WBSEDCL or CESC power connection 19.
