4Formwork to sides of pillars Square, Circular rectangular on plan or polygonal posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
5M&L RCC M-25 Nominal Mix (1:1½:3) type A-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
6Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape, required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose.)
7Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mmdiacut to length bent to shape, required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose.)
8Shotcreting average thickness 25mm in RCC columns, beams and slab etc. (with mix minimum cement content of 350 Kg per Cum, M-25). Concrete having the specified minimum characteristic compressive strength (with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregates of 6mm to 10mm size in proportion as per design criteria) incl the cost of centering and shuttering at edges and corner etc as directed by Engr-in-Charge incl chipping of unsound/week concrete material 25mm average thickness from slabs, beams/columns etc with mannual Chisel or standard power driven percussion type all of approved makes incl tapering of all edges, making square shoulder of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes and throughly washing with water and allowing it to dry etc incl removel of rust by applying approved rust remover chemical and the coating with Dr Fixit Epoxy zinc primer @ 6 Sqm per Litre at DFT of 100 micron as per manufacturer"s instruction and specification, including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area at any distance from the site complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (a) Complete treatment to be executed by approved applicator. (b) The main Contractor shall give a guarantee to the Government for a period of TEN years from the date of taking over of the completed building for the efficiency & effectiveness of the treatment carried out.
9Supply and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric not exc 4kg/sqm cut to lengths, wire mesh to be fixed and firmly anchored to the concrete surface by means of"L" shaped mild steel shear key welded with existing reinforcement including cost of material, labour, tools and plants incl welding/L-clip/tying with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note : (a) Complete treatment to be executed by approved applicator. (b) The main Contractor shall give a guarantee to the Government for a period of TEN years from the date of taking over of the completed building for the efficiency & effectiveness of the treatment carried out.
10Drilling Holes of 12mm dia up to 100 mm deep holes in structural members at the interval of 300 mm in staggered manner or along the crack line in Reinforced Concrete (RC) structural element including cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting 12mm dia NRV (Non Returnable Valve) nozzle compatible with epoxy injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of Grouting Gun. Fix inside the hole by applying thixotropic epoxy adhesive to ensure complete sealing and allow curing the system for minimum of 8 Hrs before Grouting including nozzle projections, excess putty, if any, over concrete element by grinding, leveling and finishing the external surface, after completion of the work, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : (a) Complete treatment to be executed by approved applicator. (b) The main Contractor shall give a guarantee to the Government for a period of TEN years from the date of taking over of the completed building for the efficiency & effectiveness of the treatment carried out.
11Grouting, injecting two part, low viscosity, moisture insensitive injection liquid, based on high strength epoxy resin by pressure and using pressure epoxy injector with accessories till nozzle refused to accept the grout including mixing of grout having following properties:- (i) Mixed Density 1.1 kg/l (at +27°C); Viscosity ~ 250 mPas at +30°C and should comply according to ASTM C 881, Type II and IV, Grade-1, Class E+F (ii) Compressive strength >= 70 N/sqmm (7 days) according to ASTM C 579; Tensile Strength ~ 50 N/sqmm (after 7 days at +30°C cure) (According to ASTM D 638); Tensile Modulus ~ 2000 N/sqmm (after 7 days at +30°C cure) (According to ASTM D 638); (iii) Bond Strength ~ 10.8 N/sqmm (failure in concrete) after 14 days at +30°C cure; Flexural strength ~ 50 N/sqmm according to ISO 178. (iv) Seal the nozzle with thixotropic epoxy adhesive after the refusal of grout material from the nozzle. Note:- leakage through other nozzle or cracks are required to be monitored while grouting and such points to be sealed as and when required without any extra cost complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- (a). Mode of measurement: per kg of material consumed(b) Complete treatment to be executed by approved applicator. (c) The main Contractor shall give a guarantee to the Government for a period of TEN years from the date of taking over of the completed building for the efficiency & effectiveness of the treatment carried out.
12Taking down unserviceable steel rolling shutters of any type of sizen. exc 5 Sqm each, manual/gear operative type, including hood cover, sliding railing, refixing the shutter in the same opening after rectifying the defects/ replacing the defective componets such as shaft, spring, ball bearing, lathe, locking plate, guide channel, sliding roller etc if required,including greasing to all component, denting of various parts, cleaning of guide rails, laths, top cover by kerosene and proper greasing , oiling to make the system smooth/easy functional ,including supply and fix new nuts & bolts and greasing of gear box, if required of existing size by removing old/rusted nuts and bolts, necessary welding wherever required, as directed, giving proper tension to the spring complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in-Charge. Note : - Components like Shaft, Spring, Ball bearing, Laths, Locking plate, Guide Channel etc will be measured and paid separately.
13All as per item No 12 but area exc 05 Sqm but n exc 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in-Charge.
14All as per item No 12 but area exc 10 Sqm but n exc 20 Sqm complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in-Charge.
15All as per item No 12 but area exc 20 Sqm but n exc 30 Sqm complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in-Charge.
16Supply and fixing in repairs gear box for rolling shutter of sizen. exc 5 Sqm each including rack & pinion system, bearing including welding etc of standard size for rolling shutter with complete fitting/various parts of gear box, spring, grouting to wall/pillar with concrete etc including painting all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
17Supply and fixing in repairs gear box for rolling shutter of sizeexc 05 Sqm but n exc 10 Sqm including rack & pinion system, bearing including welding etc of standard size for rolling shutter with complete fitting/various parts of gear box, spring, grouting to wall/pillar with concrete etc including painting all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
18Supply and fixing in repaisr gear box for rolling shutter of sizeexc 10 Sqm but n exc 20 Sqm including rack & pinion system, bearing including welding etc of standard size for rolling shutter with complete fitting/various parts of gear box, spring, grouting to wall/pillar with concrete etc including painting all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
19Supply and fixing in repairs gear box for rolling shutter of sizeexc 20 Sqm but n exc 30 Sqm including rack & pinion system, bearing including welding etc of standard size for rolling shutter with complete fitting/various parts of gear box, spring, grouting to wall/pillar with concrete etc including painting all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
20Supply & fix GI steel shutter lath section 1.25 mm thick confirming to IS–6248-1979 (section of lath shall have a distance of 75 mm between rolling center) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in-Charge.
21Supply and fixing in repairs ball bearing of rollingof 90/100mm size and description complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in-Charge.
22Supply and fixing in repairs spring hinge of rolling shutter of Gde-0.600mm long complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in-Charge.
23Supply and fixing in repairs spring hinge of rolling shutter of Gde-0.450mm long complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in-Charge.
24Supply and fixing in repairs Safety lever locks of mild steel with 4 leavers for rolling shutters complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in-Charge.
25Supply and fixing in repair of MS pipe of existing dia (50/40 mm) to operate gear box complete including new hold fasts/ brackets for fixing in shaft complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in-Charge.
26Supply and fixing in repaircover hood of 1mm thick MS sheet including 02 coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide primer matching to existing finish complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in-Charge.
27Supply and fixing in repairs MS bracket plate to the side of cover hood made of 6mm to 8mm dia MS plate complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in-Charge.
28Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a red oxide primer including preparation of newly replacedsteel surfaces of girth over 10cm matching to the existing finish complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in-Charge.
29S & F in repair framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks,locking arrangement for doors and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in-Charge.
30Taking down unserviceable steel rolling shutters with channel guide including all other accessories of any type of size exc 20 Sqm but not exc 30 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in-Charge.
31Taking down unserviceable MS steel Gate/Door of any description, type and size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : Rates are included in enforcement/emp of JCB or Crane and operator to dismantle/taking down the MS Gate/Door.
32S&Fin repair mild steel rolling shutter of size not exc5 sqm each side having Channelf Guide of 14 Gauge, Strip 20 Guage, Bottom and bracket 14 Gauge, 150mm x 3mm thick Shaft Pipe, Motor (Copper Wiring) of Single Phase of Power 370W, 220V Frequency - 50Hz, Speed-4.8r/mi, lifting capacity upto 600 Kgand above j(as per site requirement) of as per sample including Safety lever locks, channel guide shall be fixed with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 12.5mm graded stone aggregate mild steel all types other accessories etc (conforming to IS 6248) and necessary electrical wiring with accessories for smooth running of the motor complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Note : Warranty card not less than 2 years and Test Certificate to be provided by the contractor and material should be 304 SS tested and certified.
33S&F in repair mild steelrolling shutter of size exc 5 Sqm not exc 10 Sqm each side having Channel Guide of 14 Gauge, Strip 20 Guage, Bottom and bracket 14 Gauge, 150mm x 3mm thick Shaft Pipe, Motor (Copper Wiring) of Single Phase of Power 370W, 220 V, Frequency - 50Hz, Spped -4.8r/mi, lifting capacity upto 600Kg and above (as per site requirement)of as per sample including Saftey lever locks, channel guide shall be fixed with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 12.5mm graded stone aggregate mid steel all types other accessories etc (conforming to IS 6248) and necessary electrical wiring with accessories for smooth running of the motor complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in-Charge. Note : Warranty card not less than 2 years and Test Certificate to be provided by the contractor and material should be 304 SS tested and certified.

35S&F in repair mild steelrolling shutter of size exc 10 sqm not exc 20 Sqm each side having Channel Guide of 14 Gauge, Strip 20 Guage, Bottom and bracket 14 Gauge, 150mm x 3mm thtick Shaft Pipe, Motor (Copper Wiring) of Single Phase of Power 370W, 220 V, Frequency-50Hz, Speed -4.8r/mi, lifting capacity upto 800 Kg and above (as per site requirement) of as per sample including Safety lever locks, channel guide shall be frixed with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 12.5mm graded stone aggregate mid steel all type other accessories etc (conforming to IS 6248) and necessary electrical wiring with accessories for smooth running of the motor complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in-Charge. Note : Warranty card not less than 2 years and Test Certificate to be provided by the contractor and material should be 304 SS tested and certified.
36Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar of any description complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in-Charge.
37M&L brickwork with flyash bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan exc 6m meanradius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in-Charge.
38M&L one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted surfaces of steel and iron work over 10 cm width or girth including preparation complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in-Charge.
39M&L, two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxideon steel surface over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described including preparation of new surface complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in-Charge.
40Taking down cement plaster any description including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in-Charge.
41M&L 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 to brick/ concrete wall surfaces finishedeven & smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in-Charge.
42M&L 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 to brick/ concrete wall surfaces finishedeven & smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in-Charge.
43M&L, 5mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces as on ceilings finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in-Charge.
44M&L for preparation ofnewly plastered surface of wall any description and applying twocoats of oil emulsion distemper over & including 3 mm thick wall putty over a coat of chalk whiting layer on plastered surfaces preparatory to distempering complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in-Charge.
45M & L Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over & including 3 mm thick wall putty over one coat of alkali resistantprimer complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in-Charge.
46M&L three coats of white wash to new surfaces on ceilings including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in-Charge.
47M&L for preparation of old surface including brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and removing all dirt and dust by watering making surface even and smooth and then applying two coats of cement base paint over & including 1.5 mm thick wall putty well prepared old decorated plastered surface etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in-Charge.
48M & L for preparation of old decorated wall surfacesby brooming down or steel wire brushing,scrapping down smoke soot,moulds,moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spotsand then applying two coat of oil bounddistemper over& including 1.5 mm thick wall puttycomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge.
49M & L forold decorated ceiling surfacesby brooming down or steel wire brushing,scrapping down smoke soot,moulds,moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spotsandthen applyingtwo coats of white washcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge.
50S&F in repairs 0.56 mm thickPlain, Aluminium sheeting, Alloy 31000 H4 for crumple/ expansion joints, ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip,and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed)fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directedbyEndineer -in -Charge.
51M&L for runnig welding repairs, thickness of metal to be welded not exceeding 6 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge
52S&F in repairsfor replacement of upto 1.00 mm thick ( as per site requirment) Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in-Charge.
