| 2 | Repairs to pot holes not exceeding 1 sqm including sweeping free from dust and mud cutting around edges to atleast 25-30mm in depth making good by applying tack coat at 5Kg per 10sqm putting in premix as specified for thin bituninous carpet and well rammed by using 8 to 12 tonne Power Roller and sealed with sand seal coat (including supply of premixed carpet, seal coat and tack coat binder) for depth of pot holes not exceeding 30mm all as specified and directed. |
| 3 | Preparing to surface of bituminous road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose, dirt etc. and supply & applying evenly a tack coat by using mechanical pressure sprayer/Manually @ 5 Kgs /10 Sqm using paving bitumen complete, all as specified and directed complete. |
| 4 | Supply & laying Premix bituminous macadam consolidated required thickness with binder content @ 4 % by weight of total mix using hot mix process using paving bitumen any penetration and laid by mechanical paver and rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 12 tonne power roller all as specified and directed complete. |
