( Eur Shall Be Supplied By Indian Railways ) Including All Accessories, Hardware And Software As Per Requirement Of Tender. [ Warranty Period: 24 Months After The Date Of Delivery ] , Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract For A Period Of 5 ( Five ) Years, Beyond The Warranty Pe Riod Of 24 Months. The Scope Of Annual Maintenance Contract ( Amc ) Will Include Complete Cost Of Consumables And Spares Required For Maintenance Of The Supplies Made Vide Sor Item Number 1 ( Including All Hardware And Software ) . Amc Will Include Minimum Two Preventive Maintenances In A Year And Break-Down Maintenance, As A Nd When Required, To Maintain And Keep The System Operational During 05 Year Period, Beyond The Warranty Period Of 24 Months. Payment Of Maintenance Charges As Mentioned Above Will Be Made On Half Yearly Basis. During T He Warranty & Annual Maintenance Contract ( Amc ) Period, The Contractor Shall, At His Own Cost And Expense, Re Place And Install Materials Which Get Consumed Or Wear Out Beyond Serviceable Limits ( The Consumables ) . And Also Replace Any Part Or Equipment Of A System, Which May Be Defective Or Worn Out, By A Substitute Thereof ( The Spares ) , Which May Be Necessary For The Efficient Operation And Maintenance Of The System. The Contractor Sh All Maintain A Sufficient Inventory Of Consumables And Spares For Timely Repair And Maintenance Of The System. This Item Also Includes The Required Supply Of Spares For The Maintenance Of System During The Contract Period. T His Includes Spares Required For Successful Commissioning As Per Enclosed Technical Specification Of System An D Spares Required For The Contract Period For System. A Comprehensive List Of Spares Comprising All The Parts U Sed In Manufacturing Of The System And The Cost Of All Spares Along With Their Part Numbers And Rate Of Each Spar E Part, Hsn* Code, Applicable Indian Gst Rates Should Be Prepared By The Successful Bidder. The Part Number O F Spares, And Their Numbers Used In Manufacturing Of The System Should Be Provided So As To Make The List A Co Mprehensive One, And The Total Cost Of Such Comprehensive List Of Spares Should Approximately Be Matching Reasonably, With The Total Cost Of Sor Item Number 1. Approximate Annual Consumption Of Consumables And Sp Ares Shall Also Be Advised In Accordance With Good Industry Practices.
