Note:The following items are not included in CMC contract (1)Repairs due to corrosion (2)Sheet metal ducting, grills, diffusers, masonary work, carpentary work & welding work connected with the above, (3)Electrical Cabling, Electrical Switch board and strips heaters. (4)Humidifier electrodes, if water quality not maintained , Insulation, false ceiling work and painting thereof, (5)Pre fine filters & HEPA Filters, (6) The replacement of condenser coil & evaporator coil (Cooling Coil) (7) Control knob, cabinet, sheet metal panels & plastic parts, front grill, painting, heater and its accessories, UPS Voltage stabilizer. |
