| 1 | PIPING WORK NON IBR : Piping work : Fabrication of CS NIBR (All grade & NB;thk=<10mm) piping: Fabrication of Carbon Steel NIBR (All grade & NB;thickness=<10mm) piping including dismantling(if any) of existing pipe lines & associated systems like drains,vents etc.by flame cutting, wheel cutting, hacksaw cutting, grinding; transportation of pipes, flanges, fittings etc. from owner"s storage point (refer Sl no 30) to worksite;preservation of all materials, cleaning, marking etc. including supply of machineries, tools, tackles, manpower; fabrication including cutting, grinding, edge preparation as per job requirement, (inclusive of grinding the edges of pipe, fittings, flanges etc. to match with the mating edges of uneven, different thickness wherever required, )fit-up, welding, erection of pipes,valves and fittings of all types & thickness/routing over sleepers, overhead on racks etc. at all elevation including piping supports, DP testing, radiography ,NDT as required by NRL with all arrangement for inspection, flange opening & box up, fixing of gaskets, bolts, nuts wherever required, cleaning, flushing by water,compressed air, hydrostatictesting , and any other type of testing as specified, drying by compressed air, including surface preparation , paint supply & application of paint as per NRL painting standard, cleaning of the area, completing all such works in all respect as per specification, drawings & instruction of E.I.C. Stage wise inspection of above activities shall be recorded and duly signed by TPI. |
