| 1 | Supply, Erection (300 mm below ground level), Welding, Hydro testing, refiling and levelling of carbon steel piping (CS ERW pipe as per specified in IS 1239/IS 3589 Heavy Grade, including area cleaning and excavation. with accessories like fittings including tees, elbows, reducers, flanges, rubber gaskets, G.I. nuts, bolts and washers and providing 150mm thick fine sand layer all around the pipe, including excavation in all kind of soil, refilling, ramming and removing the excavated surplus material and making good the same complete as required. Providing protection to embedded M.S pipes and fittings by wrapping 4mm thick pypkote protection including proper overlaps on joints including primer as recommended before application of Pypkote coating. Along with painting of line above ground level. The scope of work includes Study of drawings, supply of materials, identification of joints, marking, cleaning, edge preparation, fit up, fabrication of Mitter Bends, Butt Welding using GTAW & SMAW process, erection, carrying out visual inspection (Including DPT), tack welding, Hydro testing, preparation & submission of report and completion of work including arrangement of man power, plant & machinery, tools & tackles, consumables, cleaning aids etc. as per tender specification and drawings. NOTE : No Extra payment will be done for area cleaning, excavation and welding. |
