Tender For Repairing Of Existing Window/Split Ac 1.5 Tr In Various Olt Stations, Shared Sites & Replacement Of Faulty Compressor In B.B. Nib Wtr Equipment Rooms In Jalgaon Ba -1 Attending complaint and carrying out wet Servicing of 1.5TR / 2TR Window / Split / High Sensible A/C unit i/c removing and cleaning all covers, dedusting by high pressure air blower, washing of condenser, evaporator & filters with Jet pump, refixing, tightening of electrical connections, rectification of minor complaints with replacement of parts, testing of AC unit, recording all parameters in service report etc as reqd. NOTE :- i) The item shall be measured from sub-division HQ for one side distance only. ii) The item shall be inclusive of verification of initial defect of AC units, attending the minor defects by replacing the parts(Cost of the parts shall be paid in the below items). It is assumed that all the items shall be checked by agency in first visit only. Any subsequent visit required; expenses for the same shall be borne by the agency and BSNL will pay nothing extra on this account. a TE Bldgs./BTS within radius upto 50 Kms b TE Bldgs./BTS within radius 51 to 100 Kms c TE Bldgs./BTS within radius more than 101 Kms and above 2 Replacement of following faulty item by new components of 1.5TR / 2TR Window / Split / High Sensible AC unit i/c connections, testing, commissioning etc. complete as reqd. (The agency shall consider suitable credit for old faulty replaced item). a Starting Capacitor 80-100 mfd b Running capacitor 36-50 mfd c Capacitor for Condenser Fan 4-6 mfd d Sensor for Split AC unit e Contactor relay for Split AC outdoor unit f Starting Relay g Thermostat h Selector Switch i Blade for condensor of Window / Split AC unit j Blower Assembly for Split AC unit without motor. k PCB for conventional Split AC indoor unit of 1.5 TR l Fan motor for Condenser unit of conventional 1.5 / 2 TR of AC m Blower Motor for Indoor unit of 1.5TR / 2 TR of Split AC 3 Charging / topping up of R22 / R32 / R134 / R410 refrigerant gas upto the optimum working pressure suitable for 1.5 TR / 2 TR Window / Split / High Sensible AC unit alongwith leak detection, attending leakage in refrigerant circuit and making the system leak proof etc complete as reqd. 4 Supplying and fixing following rating 240/415 V, 10 kA, “C”curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. a Single pole (5A to 32A)
