20Sch "A" Part - XVIII : BUILDING OR WORKS HANGAR PEB STRUCTURE Design, supply and errect pre-engineered building steel structure for Hangar of size 60m x 40m x 8.41(Ridge height)placedwith one side annexe (RCC framed structure-double storeyed) with Alu-zinc colour coated profiled steel roofing sheets 0.50mm thick (TCT) and yield strength of 550 MPa in wall cladding and roofing (approximately of 15% roof/wall sheeting with 2mm thick Polycarbonate sheet with integrated wire mesh) including RCC foundation, anchor bolts, base plates and all structural steel items, rain water eaves gutters and down take pipes, bird proofing net etc with electrically operated sliding door (on either sides of hangar) with steel frame, turbo air ventilators etc complete with and including Annexe on one side with RCC framed structure, PCC block walls, PU based water proofing treatment, Wall cladding, False ceiling etc complete all as specified and as shown on drawings
21Note for item 19 :- (i) Annexe flooringshall deemed to be incuded in the lumpsum quoted. Hangar flooring including under layers shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items catered in Sch " A"Part - VI . (ii) The rate quoted shall deemed to include the cost of vetting of design of all structures (PEB and RCC Annexe) by anyIITs/IISc Bangalore. The design (showing full calculations and details) vetted by IITs/IISc shall be submitted to the departmentas per time schedule communicated by Accepting Officer. (iii) The rate quoted is deemed to include the cost of necessary base plates including anchor bolts etc. (iv) Wall cladding on the building shall be terminated at the roof level. Suitable eves gutters and rainwater downtake pipes as required shall be provided to divert rain water from the Hangar Roof to ground levelwithout disturbing the WPT of RCC roof slab of Annexe. (v) The rate quoted is also deemed to include the cost for provision of necessary arrangement for fixing bird proofing, light fittings & Provision of turbo air ventilators. (vi) The rate quoted is deemed to include the cost of design, fabricate and erect electrically operated (with manual option) sliding Hangar doors on either side of hangar. The rate quoted is deemed to include the cost of providing one wicket door of size 1m x 2 m in one leaf (both sides) and peep window (both sides) of hangar door. (vii) All the drawings shall be vetted from any IIT/IISc and design of PEB structure to be carried out based on relevant IS Codes (viii) The height restriction given by AAI is 12.90 m from AMSL and it should be strictly followed. Hence the contractor shall verify the level parametersbefore designing the PEB Structure.
22Sch "A" Part - XIX : Buildings or Works Design and Construction of Pump House building in M-30 Design mix, RCC Framed structure and PCC block masonary walls, PU based Water proofing treatment etc complete all as specified and as shown on drawings.
23Design and Construction of Sub station building in M-30 Design mix, RCC Framed structure and PCC block masonary walls, PU based Water proofing treatment etc complete all as specified and as shown on drawings.
24Design and Construction of Sentry post building in M-30 Design mix, RCC Framed structure and PCC block masonary walls PU based Water proofing treatment etc complete all as specified and as shown on drawings.
25Design and installation of the Nature based wastewater treatment system for treating the waste water generated in the premise shall be low maintenance and affordable. It should consists of anaeobic treatment modules in combination with constructed wetlands and work with minimal/zero electricity inputs. The anaerobic modules should consist of shettler, anaerobic baffle reactors and anaerobic filters. The anaerobic structure shall be made of RCC and will be in nature of shallow concrete tanks. The constructed wet land shall be made with graded media and plants. The treated water should meet KSPCB standards for reuse for horticulture and landscaping. The capacity shall be 5 KLD.
26Sch "A" Part - XX : Fittings / Fixtures & Misc items. TARMAC M&L for painting lines, dashes etc on roads pavements and like with road marking paint (minimum 2 mm thickness) white or golden yellow or orange with and including preparation of new or previously treated surfaces to receive the painting complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The line painting shall stand out boldly and solidly without showing signs of brush marks or surface underneath. If necessary, the surface shall be repainted until the desired result is obtained.
27MOORING POINT Making circular hole of dia 200mm and depth 50mm into PQC making holes as per direction of Engineer in Charge by using mechanical devices/ tools and making holes of 2 Nos of24mm dia and 200mm depth using suitable mechanical hammer, grouting the holes with HILTI HY 150 injection chemical for 2 holes (Apprx 100ml for each hole) and fixing of inverted U shaped 20 mm dia round bar(mooring ring) with a minimum of 200 mm anchorage into concrete and filing up the circular portion of 200mm dia after grouting the re bar using solid grout with high flow non shrink cementitious CONBEXTRA after applying a bonding coat using NITO BOND EP as per manufactures instructions including 80mm outer dia ring made out of 16mm MS round bar fixed into U shaped 20mm dia bars and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paintover a coat of red oxide primerto exposed surfaces of round bars complete all as specified and as directed.
28EPU FLOORING Material and labour for 5mm thick EPU floor coating as per the manufacture"s instruction and as stated below complete all as specified and as directed.
29(i) Priming coat :- (a) The prepared surface to be tested for moisture content with moisture meter and moisture content shall be below 5 %. For every 500 sqm, a minimum 5 reading should be taken to asses the average moisture content in the surface. Note :Before priming the old surface shall be prepared by cleaning of all dust, dirt, paint, moisture, oil, grease and all form of material from the floor by mechanically scarifying, grinding, vacuum cleaning by using scrubbers, hard blowers, vacuum cleaners, moister testing etc for 1-2mm top concrete layer till good concrete surface free from all foreign materials is obtained and then cleaned by acid itching with alkaline wash followed by healthy water wash then the floor should be cleaned by usingappropriate solvent,do grease/ cleaner to remove all residues. (b) Apply low viscous epoxy primer Cipoxy 15 or its equivalent in approved make @ 5 sqm /liter @ a thickness of 200 microns, with resin and hardener in 2:1 ratio by volume using stiff brush of roller . The primer should be tack free before application of screed coat. (ii)Screed coat :- Screed coat shall be 4mm (4000 microns) average thickness. Screed coat shall consist of cipoxy 15 resin or its equivalent in approved make, cipoxy 15 hardener or its equivalent in approved make and formulated aggregates FQ sand 300 or its equivalent in approved make in ratio mentioned as below :- Copoxy 15 Resin+ Hardener = 2.00 lt FQ Sand 300= 5.00 Kgs Note :Mixing to be done correctly with an electric variable speed mixer thoroughly till obtaining homogeneous mixture. (iii)Top coat:- Top coat shall be cipy cipothane SL or its equivalent in approved make of 800 microns. The material for top coat shall be supplied in pre-weighed packs and ready to mix and use. The material shall consist of resin, hardener, formulated aggregates and EPI in the preweighed Kit. (iv)Antistatic Conductive Coat (Carbon coat) Providing & applying antistatic conductive coat 0.60Kg/ sqm i.e. 3Kg/ 5 sqm with resin & hardener in 4:1 ratio by weight.The mixing of material should be done correctly with an electric variable speed mixer & the entire contents should be mixed thoroughly till homogeneous mixture is obtained.The surface resistivity of under coat shall be tested before laying top coat by Mega Ohm meter as per ASTM-F-150 surface resistivity which will not exceed 10 degree ohms.
30FENCING / GATE Supply only chain link PVC coated MS galvanised fencing 3mm dia and any type not exceeding 4 kg/sqm complete all as specified and as directed.
31Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description applying two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of epoxy primer complete all as specified and as directed.
32INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply and fix LED round high bay light fitting with aluminium heat sink for efficient heat dissipation and highly effective optics for mass illumination high transivity diffuser for uniform light distribution of 150W, lumen efficacy 110 lm/w, 10KV SPD and ingress protection of IP 66 complete all as specified and as directed.
33Supply and fix Air Circulator fans 230 volts, 50Hz, 180watt, RPM 1440, single phase oscillating 600 mm sweep and air delivery 270 Cum/Min suitable for wall mounting complete all as specified and as directed.
34Supply and fix Aviation obstruction Light 30 W LED Complete and fixing on roof Top of Hangar complete all as specified and as directed.
35Material and labour for Earthing complete by using GI earth plate electrode 60cm × 60cm × 6.0 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below groundlevel) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to using GI earth lead of size 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers etc made of galvanised iron and protected by galvanised iron light grade 25 mm bore & 20mm dia galvanised medium grade for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC 1:2:4 cover slab 50 mm thick with re-inforcement of 8 mm TMT bars @ 100mm c/c both directions and PCC chamber with PCC 1:3:6 type C2 including excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m, charcoal, lugs, common salt complete all as specified and as shown on plate No.3 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed.
36Supply and fix surge protection device TP+NSTE T23 20 is the series of combined Type 2+3/Class II+III devices for discharging voltage surges while providing a very fine voltage protection level, in accordance with IEC/EN 61643-11 with a built-in powerful EMI filter complete all as specified and as directed.
37EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Supply, install, test and commissioning centrifugal monoblock pump set of suitable capacity 7 LPS discharge at 20 Mtr head 3 phase 415 volts with necessary base plate duly grouted as recommended by OEM, pressure gauges with control valves, provision for primary etc, foundation and connection from starter to motor using suitable size of copper cable drawn through suitable size concealed rigid PVC conduit pipe all complete including necessary suction/delivery pipe GI medium grade of 65mmx50mm bore flanged with foot valve as required complete all as specified and as directed. Make:Kirloskar model KDS 325++ or its equivalent in approved make.
38Supply, install, connect, test and commissioning of LT motor control panel, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, 415 volts, indoor cubical type, dust and vermin proof, wall mounting type all prewired fabricated out of 2 mm thick CRCA steel sheet duly pre treated and powder coated both internally and externally, factory fabricated panel with cable alley including cable glands of suitable sizes and consisting the following:- (a) MCB 415 volts,FP, 50 Hz, 40 Amps, 10kA - 1 No (b)MCB 415 Volts, TP 32 Amps, 10kA - 2 Nos (c) Digital volt meter 30V to 600V accuracy class 1.0 with inbuilt selector switch, size 96x96mm 0- 500 volt with inbuilt selector switch 01 set(d) Digital Ammeter 0 to 50A accuracy class 1.0 with inbuilt selector switch, size 96x96mm including suitable ratio CTs 0- 50 Amps direct operated 01 Nos(e) Indicating lamps neon type for RYB phases - 01 set on incoming feeder (f)DOL starter suitable for 5 HP 3 phase 415 Volts electric motor all prewired - 2 Nos.
39Supply and fix cast iron foot valve of size 80mm dia conforming to IS-3098 complete with gaskets, bolt, nut and washers complete all as specified and as directed.
40Supply and install bleaching powder dosing system conforming to IS 10553 Part – IV, minimum working pressure 0.8 Kg/Sqcm made out of FRP construction bucket type complete with CI ventury conduit, rubber bag, control valves and pipe connections etc of capacity 105 Ltrs complete all as specified and as directed.
41Construction of Masonary valve chamber internal size 90cmx90cmx90cm including 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) typefoundation, Brick work in CM (1:4), plastering internal surfaces completely and external surfaces upto 150mm below ground level, 15mm thick in CM (1:4)100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type C1 as in coping, fabricating MS cover made out of 40x40x5mm thick angle iron frame ,5mm thick MS plate, hinges, lifting handle. locking arrangements, complete including grouting in coping concrete, painting steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.
42EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply and fix LED flood light 150W including necessary fixing arrangement for fixing on PCC pole / retaining wall complete all as specified and as directed.
43Supply and fix cable junction box made out of polycarbonate material IP 66 of size 205x255x112mm including 1 No MCB of 6 Amps with DIN bar and 4 Nos FRP insulators with metricknockouts for cable entry for 16/25Sqmm cable and fixing the box to street light pole by means of clamps made out of 25mmx3mm flat iron, iron nuts and bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.
44Supply, installing, testing and commissioning Outdoor 11 KV 630 A 20 KA Motor operated compact both side extensible Non draw out type compact gas insulated RMU with 01 No fixed type motor operated vacuum Circuit Breaker incomer and 2 Nos Load Break Switch outgoing. All Live parts enclosed in a robotically welded stainless steel tank of IP 67 class of protection with battery and battery charger complete all as specified and as directed.
45Supply, Installing, testing and commissioning indoor 11KV, 630A, 20KA load break switch with fuse unit complete all as specified and as directed.
46Supply, install, test and commissioning of Transformer floor mounted capacity 160 KVA, step down, indoor type11/0.433 KV, 50Hz, AC double wound core type copper wound, oil immersed, air naturally cooled with external cooling tubes, transformer delta connection on HV sideand star connection on LV side in accordance with vector symbol DyN-11 (vector group 4) and having tapping of + 7.5% in equal step of 2.5 % changed by means of off loadtap changing arrangement. The voltage regulation shall be as per IS including first fill of transformer oil as per IS-335 and including all fittings /accessories as specified in SSR Part -I and IS -2026. The transformer should have cable box on LT side andHT side. The limit of temp rise after continuous full load run as specified in SSR part-I and IS - 1180 Part I : 2014 and BEE certified shall be suitably adjusted to suit the maximum ambient temp prevailing at site all as specified comprising with and including the following specifications:-
47i) 01 No Cablebox on LT side consisting of 04 Nos porcelain bushing with bushing brass rods and nuts washers and cable glandsof suitable for reception ofcable LT 1100 Volt grade XLPE insulated heavy duty "E" grade including gland joint complete. ii) -do- for HT side - 03 Nos. iii) Oil Conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level guage. iv) Dehydrating Breather with first filling of Dehydrating Agent. v) Explosion Vent.vi) Thermometer Pocket vii) Two Earthing Terminal on tank body to facilitate fixing of 32x6mm GI strips. viii) Rating plate with terminal marking plate. ix) Oil level guage. x) Oil drain filter valve. xi) Oil filling port on top cover with plug. xii) Air release valve/ plug xiii) Shut off valve between conservator and bucholz relay. xiv) First fill of transformer oil conforming to relevant IS and with dielectric strength more than 50 KV (xv) Lifting lugs and jack lifting pad support. 48Supply installing, testing and commissioning of Automatic Power Factor Correction (APFC) panel indoor type CPRI type tested factory made of 50 KVAR capacity ready to use design confirming to IS 5039/ IS 8623 and relevantIS/ IEC Codes rated for short circuit rating of 50 KA, front openable and lockable by keys having louvers and air vent, gasket and totally vermin proof and suitable for 415/440 V, 3 phase 50 Hz, AC and housed in elegant enclosure fabricated from minimum 2.00 mm thick CRCA sheet and min 1.6 mm thick for partitions anti corrosive coating to improve power factor to 0.99 and finally powder coated in texture siemens grey RAL 7032 both internally and externally & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge comprising of and includingfollowing including suitable size and length of copper conductor cable PVC insulated, from main panel to APFC panel for connections as approved:-
49(a) 200 Amp capacity for phase and 100 amps for neutral,Copper bus bar duly insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves and mounted on suitable DMC/epoxy insulators. (b) A set of heavy duty, capacitor, type MPPH, 440 volts, box type,with output 50 KVAR capacity, capacitor bank in steps of 2x12.5+2x10+1x5 KVAR in any configuration to accommodate all possible set ups. (c)MCB"s TP, "C" series, 415 volts, of required sizes with required numbers and suitable ratings as per the capacity of capacitors . (d)Micro processor based control suitable for power factor correction with its unique features of fire retardant operation automatic C/K ratio selection.The APFC controller should ON/OFF the capacitor banksof 50 KVAR capacity capacitor bank in steps of 2x12.5+2x10+1x5 KVAR in any configuration to accommodate all possible set ups with indication whether it is lagging or leading. (e) Thyristor switches shall be provided for connecting /disconnecting the capacitor banks to the bus bar. (f) The APFC panel provided with two terminal and it is connected through GI strip 32 x 6mm size to existing transformer earthing/panel earthing all as specified and directed.
50(g) Digital panel meter for current, voltage/ frequency and power factor having programmable CT ratio and built in selector switch of size 96mmx96mm,accuracy class-I, auxiliary support of 230 volts AC with SP MCBprotected shall be provided.(h) All control wires shall be not less than 2.5 sqmm multistranded copper conductor and properly bunched/ tied, ferruled for proper identification and crimpled with adequate size of lugs. the cubicle will have a bottom support of channel of suitable size, duly coated with zinc metal coating. A detachable pre drilled gland plate of thickness 3.15 mm thick, cold zinc metal coated shall be provided with at the bottom for entry for armoured cable with adequate size of gland. Manufacturer name plate with feeder details and danger plate shall be provided at suitable visible place. (k) Auxiliary contactor with required quantity of "NO & NC" (l) Auto/ Manual switch-01 No. (m) MCB for line protection as per requirement and as approved (n)Indicator lamp LED based with lamp holder 2 Nos for each capacitor for ON/OFF position (p)Current transformer (CT) of ratio 100/5 amps , measuring class accuracy 0.5 to 1.0 for capacitor panel. (q) Incoming MCCBcapacity 100 amp , 4 pole, 415V, 50 Hz 16 KA fixed manual type - 1 No. (r) Detuning reactor of suitable size shall be provided to maintain THD less than 7 percent. (s) ON/OFF push button for each capacitors.
51Supply and fix 70 watt new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficiency LED as lighting source and Toughened glass having Bottom Opening separate driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07. It has an electronic driver complaint to IEC safety standards with a power factor>.0.9, voltage variation ranges 150-270V, THD<10%, High and low protection along with a built in surge protection of 10 KV including provision of 40mm dia GI light grade pipe 1.5 meter length bend to shape and necessary clamps etc for fixing the light fittings on pole fixed complete all as directed.
52Material and labour for maintenance free chemical earthing with specifications as follows:- (a) Excavation and earth work for not less than 200mm dia hole at a depth of 3 mtr in any type of soil all as directed and as specified. (b) Nickel sealed Copper bonded rod of 17.2mm dia x 3 mtr long x 250 microns encapsulated conductive concrete 50mm outer dia with vertical strip of ISI marked, IEC 62561-2:2018 certified. (b) Fixing of Nickel sealed copper bonded strip 25mm x 3mm x 100 Microns. Fixing of copper earth electrode by exothermic welding/M8SS 304 grade Nut & Bolt all as directed. (c) Mixture ofExcel electra fill compound of IEC 62561-7:2018 certified, RoHS & TCLP Tested & Certified and soil capable of moisture content should make it in a tightly slurry form by adding water and fill it up to 35% (Average)length from the bottom portion.(Appx 50Kg) (d) Mixture of Excel electra fill compound highly conductive carbon based RoHS & TCLP, tested and certified, and soil capable of moisture content should make it in a tight slurry form by adding water and fill it up to 35% of average) length above the previous mixture all as specified.(Appx 15Kg) (e) Add gravel at the top of the portion for easy passage of water and removal of air bubbles at the time of filling of electra fill plus and electra fill compound is necessary for easy dissipation of fault current.
53(f) Fixing of PVC earth pit chamber of size 24 x 24cm with M8 SS 304 grade nut and bolts all as specified.
