| 2 | Cleaning, marking, cutting, bending by hydraulic pipe bending machine, fabrication(excluding pipe welding) and erection of SS304L SCH40S pipes and pipe fitting, including the cost of pipe fitting( Flanges, Elbows, Nut -bolts etc) required as per specification and direction of Engg. In-Charge. |
| 3 | Radiography quality butt/fillet welding of stainless steel 304L, SCH40 pipes and its fittingby GTAW process using Argon gas cover for shielding arc and purging, LP examination and local passivation of the weld joints as per specification, all complete as per direction of Engg. In Charge. |
| 4 | Fabrication and providing Different size of containments made from MS sheet of thickness not less than 3.0 mm, MS angle of 50 mm X 50 mm X 5 mm, removable cover with stiffener shall be fixed by using gasket on collar, proper nuts and bolts for fixing and sealing, provision of hooks / suitable lifting arrangements shall be provided at the top of the box and MS C-Chanel of of 100mm X 50mm X 5 mm to be used at bottom to facilitates at the time of transfer through cranes/ fork lift. The entire work shall be completed as per given sketch, specification and direction of engineer in charge. Sizes of the boxes are as follow(The sizes of the Boxes can be change as per requirements in that case the quantity shall be decided on the basis of MS sheet consumption for the mentioned sizes of Boxes. ) |
