2Excavation from Ground level to 1.50 meters depth.
3Excavation from 1.50 to 3.00 meters depth.

5Filling in Plinth using selected excavated earth& earth brought from pits[excluding soft rock & rock muck] including Cutting / removing & clearance of jungle, bushes, grass and all other unwanted plants / creepers [from the filling area, filling earth shall be free from roots, stones,pebbles, leaves, unwanted materials and filling in layers not exceeding 200 mm thick, breaking the clods, levelling, dressing to required line, level, slope / gradient & watering and compacting the each layer. Using suitable weighthand rammer, providing; fixing & removing necessary scaffolding / staging / platform,cleaning the work area, collecting & disposing the costruction waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge at all locations and at all lift & height.

8Providing and laying 230 mm. thick soling , granite aggregateg using hard; durable & approved quality stonesof40 mm. size including preparation of bed properly by proper leveling; dressing &proper watering, providing & filling / fixing interstices using small size stones / chips, providing & spreading binding materials such as crushed granite stone powder , base shall be fully neat; clean & slightly wet before laying stone filling ,cleaning the work area, collecting & disposing the costruction waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge at all locations and at all lift & height.
9Providing and laying PCC 1:3:6 using 40 mm & downsize clean, crushed, well graded, aggregates of hard, durable & approved quality for foundation, plinth, bedding, platforms, pathways, walkways & all other miscellaneous works includingpreparation of base, mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, consolidation, levelling, finishing curing, providing ; fixing & removing necessary form work, providing; fixing & removing necessary scaffolding / staging / platform,cleaning the work area, collecting & disposing the costruction waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge at all locations and at all lift & height. NOTE: 43 Grade OPC cement shall be used.
10Providing and laying RCC M30 Grade using 20 mm & downsize clean, crushed, well graded, aggregates of hard, durable & approved quality for foundation, rafts, footings, plinth, columns, beams, slabs, Chejjas, Lintels, bedding, platform, pathways, walkways and all insitu concrete works including preparation of base, mechanical mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, consolidation, levelling, finishing & curing, providing; fixing & removing necessary scaffolding / staging / platform,cleaning the work area, collecting & disposing the costruction waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge at all locations and at all lift & height. NOTE: Reinforcement will be measured & paid under item no.: 8 formwork will be measured & paid under item no.: 7 43 Grade OPC cement shall be used.
11Providing, placing and removing formwork for all in-situ concrete works such asfoundation, raft, columns, beams, slab, footings, all other miscellaneous RCC works includingroviding; fixing & removing necessary scaffolding / staging / platform,cleaning the work area, collecting & disposing the costruction waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge at all locations and at all lift & height. Note: The measurement for the form work will be actual area of form in contact with the concrete surfaces.
12For footing,foundation column below plinth & plinth beam - Sub structures
13For column, floor / roof beams, slabs , lintels, lofts, chejja & staircase etc., Super Structures
14Providing andlaying approved make high yeildstrength deformed Reinforcement bars of all diameters confirming to grade Fe-415ofIS:1786 [latest edition] including cutting, bending, transporting, placing in position & binding with suitable guage soft annealed binding wire for all insitu concrete works and all other miscellaneous RCC works, providing & placing spacer bars, cover blocks [cover blocks shall be cast in same grade of concrete & cured properly, Providing; fixing & removing necessary scaffolding / staging / platform, cleaning the work area, collecting & disposing the costruction waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work etc. complete all as per specification, as per manufacturer"s technical specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge at all locations and at all lift & height. Note:The rate shallinclude the cost of Binding wire and cover blocks.
15Providing & ConstructingBurnt Brick Masonry of 230 mm thick in CM 1:5 using well Burnt Bricks of standard size & compressive strength of not less than 35Kg/cm2 for Super Structure, plinth and all other Miscellaneous Masonry Works, including simultaneous flush pointing, curing, preparation of base properly, providing; fixing & removing necessary scaffolding / staging / platform, cleaning the work area, collecting & disposing the costruction waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge at all locations and at all lift & height.
16Providing and laying Internal Cement Plaster 15 mm thick in CM 1:5 to the masonry & concrete surfaces etc., rubbed perfectly so as to obtain smooth & even finish including preparation of base by racking out all the masonry joints & close hacking the concrete surfaces for properbonding, curing, providing; fixing & removing necessary scaffolding / staging / platform, cleaning the work area, collecting & disposing the costruction waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge at all locations and at all lift & height.
17Providing and laying External Cement Plaster 18 mm thick inTwo Coats. Base coat shall be 12 mm thick in CM 1:5&finishing coat shall be 6 mm thick in CM 1:3 (sponge finished) with Non-Shrink Water Proofing Compound [confirning to the BIS 2645 of the latest edition] @ 2 % by the weight of cement / as per the recommendation of the manufacturer to the Masonry surfaces & concrete surfaces etc. rubbed perfectly so as to obtain smooth & even finish including preparation of base by racking out all the masonry joints & close hacking the concrete surfaces for properbonding, curing, providing; fixing & removing necessary scaffolding / staging / platform, cleaning the work area, collecting & disposing the costruction waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge at all locations and at all lift & height.
18Providing, fabricating and errecting Mild Steel Structures using various MS Sections such as channels, angles, "I" sections, rails, MS pipes, flats, plates, GI Gratings, GI Pipes, MS & Reinforcementrods and other approved sections etc. & transporting to the work place, including loading, unloading, cutting, fabricating the MS gates, MS grills, ladders, hand rails, angle frames, pannels, struts, tubular space frames, columns, beams, purlins, rafters, fencing posts, EP Plates, EP Flats & all other required miscellaneous structurel steel works and fixing/ erecting the same in position as directed. including providing & applying One Coat of Zinc PhospatePrimer & Two Coats of 1st quality Synthetic Enamel Paint of approved shade / colour [Promer & Paint shall of Asian Paints / Berger Paints ], providing & fixing wherever required suitable anchor fastners, of approved quality, preparation of base, providing; fixing & removing necessary scaffolding / staging / platform, cleaning the work area, collecting & disposing the costruction waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work etc. complete all as per technicalspecification, as per manufacturer"s technical specification, fabrication as per drawing (if any) and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge at all locations and at all lift & height.
19CollectingMS sturctural steel from Main store, transporting to WMP& Fabricating gates, hand rails, frames of panels, doors, windows & shutters, shutters, purlins, rafters, horizantal / vertical / cross members, columns, beams, trusses and all other miscellaneous new & modification to exising structure/sexecuting this work and fixing / erecting the same in position to true line level & plumb, preparation of base, providing & fixung hily bolts [of approved quality] of suitable dia. & length, prepration of base, providing & painting One Coat of approved Zinc Phospate Primer of asian paints / berger make and Two Coats of first quality synthetic enamel paint of asian paints / berger make, of approved shade / colour etc., providing; fixing & removing staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area,etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge at all locations and at all lift / height.
20Providing, erecting and fixing curved / plain roof sheets of Galvalum Roofing sheets with Coating: AZ - 150/550 mpa, Paint: RMP (Regular Modified Polymer) Topcoat - 18-20 Microns, Bottom; 5-7 Microns. Tropezoidal Profile 0.47 MM Thick at Pitch 200 MM, Width 1060 MM and 6000 MM in Length ALUMINIUM-ZINC STEEL SHEETS( Galvalume Base ) 55% ALUMINIUM,43% ZINC, 1.60% SILICON With Tensile Strength of 345 TO 550 mpaincluding preparation of base, providing; fixing & removing necessary scaffolding / staging / platform, cleaning the work area, collecting & disposing the costruction waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work etc. complete all as per specification, as per manufacturer"s technical specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge at all locations and at all lift & height.
21Providing and applying One Coat of Exterior Grade Primer of Asian Paints / Berger Pains / Dulux Paint / Nerolac Paints and Two Coats of Exterior Grade weather Proof Paint, of Asian Paints [Such as Apex Altima] / Berger Pains [Such as weather coat alguard] / Dulux Paint [Such as weather shied max] / Nerolac Paints [Such as Excel Total], of approved shade / colour for new surfaces of concrete or masonry wall, RCC members such as columns; beams & otherconcrete surfaces including providing & filling creack sealing compound in the cracks of approve make & quality, preparation of surfaces by sand papering, cleaning the surface, surface shall be neat; clean & dry before application of creack sealing compound; Primer & Paint, providing; fixing & removing necessary scaffolding / staging / platform, cleaning the work area, collecting & disposing the costruction waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work etc. complete all as per specification, as per manufacturer"s technical specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge at all locations and at all lift & height.
22Providing and applying Two Coat of Acrylic interior gradeplastic Emulsion paint of approved brand & shade over a coatof relevant Primer[water Based] over the interior surface ofnewly plastered concrete or masonry wall,RCC members such as columns; beams & otherconcrete surfaces, including providing & applying one coat putty for entire surface, preparation of surfaces by sand papering, cleaning the surface, surface shall be neat; clean & dry before application of Putty; Primer & Acrylic Distemper, providing, fixing& removing necessary staging / platform wherever required cleaning / mopping / washing the work area and disposing the debris / waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. outside the periphery of the work premises etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge at all lifts & locations.
23Providing & fixing on the wall surfaces UPVC 4kgs. Pressure pipes of 6"" dia. With specials ( such as Tees: bends: junction with or without door, flanges and all other required fittings etc.0 od Ashirvad/Astral/finolex / Supreme make, for rain water down commer pipes including providing 7 fixing necessary clamps (GI clamps of 25 mm. wide x 4 mm thick) of length ( as per site requirement ), hard wood packing pieces, PVC solvents, screws / nails, cement & sand etc., providing, fixing & removing stging / platforms / scaffolding, collecting & disposing the generated waste, disposal of construction waste up to lead of 3000 to 4000 meters from the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, manufacturers standard technical specification, drawing ( if any) and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge at all locations and at all locations and at all lifts & height.
24Providing and laying 52 mm. thick HardoniteTrimix flooring with cement concrete [PCC] 1:2:4 using 20 mm. & down size stone aggregates [40 mm thick PCC + 12 mm thick Hardonite topping] including mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, compaction, laying in bays [of suitable size as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge]] to proper line; slope or level etc. using 4 mm. thick plane glass dividing strips [exposed top surface of glass shall be finished smooth & top edges shall be rounded smoothly] for flooring, steps, landings & ramps etc., ramming, finishing smooth, preparation of base & curing properly, providing; fixing & removing necessary scaffolding / staging / platform, cleaning the work area, collecting & disposing the costruction waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work etc. complete all as per specification, as per manufacturer"s technical specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge at all locations and at all lift & height.
25Dismantling / breaking / removing by Manual or Mechanical means, PCC itemsincludingproviding; fixing & removing necessary scaffolding / staging / platform, cleaning the work area, collecting & disposing the costruction waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge at all locations and at all lift & height.
26Supplying and fixing Rolling Shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S.
