69Earthing of indoor equipment, details as given below:-
70Cutting of 32mm.dia M.S. Bar-3Mtr.long and making one end in conical shape by forging process and driving it into the earth at each corner of bridge outside control room and proper welding with M.S.Bars.
71Digging of Pits for making Bridge on both side of control room by laying 32mm. dia M.S.Round in rectangular shape. Electric welding on cross joints by providing “U” Clamp in size 25x6mm. of M.S.Flat and inter connecting both by M.S.Round 32mm.dia through control room trench, with over lap joint by providing M.S.Round-12mm dia, on both sides of over lap joints of M.S.Round, by electric welding. All joints shall be painted with black bituminious paint.
72Water level earthing by Boring and lowering of G.I. pipe size 40 mm dia & thickness 3mm into the ground at 20 Mtr depth or upto the water level with the lower end of solid copper cone Approx 225 mm long and 750 gm in weight shall be provided and screwed in pipe as well as bringing out a continuous copper wire 6 SWG from the cone up to the ground surface where it will be bolted to the G.I. earth Strip for Transformer neutral connection, the G.I.Earth strip size 50x6mm will be welded to the G.I. pipe and neutral earthing support & other installed equipment in switchyard. All required material provided / supply by the contractor own his cost.
73CONSTRUCTION OF CONTROL CABLE TRENCH WITH TRENCH COVER IN SWITCHYARD, AS PERSpecifation
74Installation of 5 MVA Transformer and other accessories equipments.
75Fabrication and erection of neutral earthing L Type support made of G.I. Channel size 100x50mm. Structure shall be 4 Mtr. Long with 1 Mtr. Arms.Structure shall be grouted in ratio 1:3:6 in block size 300x300x700mm and painted of welding joint with one coat of Ready Mixed primer and Two coat of enamel Aluminium paint work includes connecting neutral bushing rod of power Transformer and G.I. Earthing strip with the help of flexible copper bond, G.I. Bolt and washer.
76Fabrication and erection of cable support made of two pieces of G.I. Angle (65x65x6)mm, 2.75 meter long, joined to each other by means of 5 Nos. G.I. Flat (50x6) mm pieces of size 750 mm long each by welding at equal intervals and grouting in a block of size (300x300x700)mm in C.C. 1:3:6 (cement, coarse sand and stone ballast) complete and painted of welding joint with one coat of Ready Mixed primer and Two coat of enamel Aluminium paint. Work includes providing of three Nos. G.I. clamps made of (50x6)mm G.I. Flat for holding the cable including nuts and bolts.
77Fabrication and grouting of G.I. frames 3.60 mt. long for support of copper Bus Bar. Bus Bar will be provided in L.V. side of Power transformer. The G.I. frame shall be made of G.I. channel (100x50)mm in ‘T’ shape. Providing 2 Nos. support of G.I. Angle iron (50x50x6)mm, 0.60mt. long below the top channel, drilling of 3 Nos. hole on the top channel for fixing of 11 KV pin insulator and painted of welding joint with one coat of Ready Mixed primer and Two coat of enamel Aluminium paint and grouting the frame in C.C. ratio 1:3:6 (cement, coarse sand and stone ballast) in a block of size (300x300x700) mm. The work also includes the fixing of 3 Nos. 11 KV pin insulator with pin and binding the copper Bus Bar with the pin insulator by Aluminium binding wire in complete.
78Providing & Fabrication of copper bus bar of size (2500x50x6)mm in L.V. side of 5 MVA 33/11 KV, power transformer, Work includes connection of outside bus bar in L.V. side busing rod of Power Transformer and other side with outdoor 11 KV cable box as well as providing empire tape and H.T. tape etc. for proper insulation work. (Supply/Providing by Contractor)
79H.T. Power Cable Laying (11 KV 3X300sqmm):
80Laying 11 KV, (3x300) mm2 XLPE, Cable from power transformer to 11 KV incoming switch gear in the cable trench 0.45 m wide, 0.90m depth. Providing 150 mm local sand for cushion beneath and 150 mm above the cable (quality of local sand required 0.375 cum/m in length). The cable shall be dully protected by brick. On both side of cable by laying brick vertically and bricks would also be laid bricks along the single cable (minimum 18 Nos. of bricks are to be laid top and outer side along the single cable. The work includes digging of trenches, laying of cable in under ground trenches, joining of terminal’s, back filling of earth and testing and commissioning of power cable etc. Spare cable shall be left over and laid in the trenches in shape of 6 m ring at both ends.
81Cable Laying (11 KV 3X185sqmm):
82Laying 11 KV, 3x185mm2 XLPE, Power cable from outgoing switch gear to 11 KV double poles in the cable trench 0.50m wide, 0.90m depth. Providing 150 thickness mm local sand for cushion beneath and 150mm above the cable (quantity of local sand required 0.375 cubm/m in length). The cable shall be duly protected by brick. On both side of cable by laying bricks vertically and bricks would also be laid horizontally on top of vertically laid bricks along the single cable (minimum 18 Nos. of bricks are to be laid top and outer side along the single cable. The work includes digging of trenches, laying of cable in under ground trenches, joining of terminal’s, back filling of earth and testing and commissioning of power cables etc. Spare cable shall be left over and laid in the trenches in shape of 6m rings at both ends. At the end of feeder cables, where the cable is to be laid across pucca/main road, 100 mm dia G.I. pipe will be weared over the cable in the cable trench for the protection of cable.
83Preparation of 11 KV Power Cable Jointing Kits:
84Making of 11 KV XLPE Heat shrinkable outdoor jointing kits 3x185Sq.mm/3x300Sq.mm/3x70Sq.mm after duly plumbing and taping of cable, providing, fixing and crimping of proper size good quality lugs
85Installation of 24V Battery and Battery Charger:
86Assembling and installation of the cabinet of 24V battery and battery charger in switch gear control room including grouting of foundation bolts as per drawing of manufacture, including providing the foundation nuts and bolts of proper size. The electrical connection between battery and battery charge with flexible copper lead of size 7/20 SWG shall be done properly. The work includes installation, wiring upto control panel, testing and commissioning complete in all respect.
87Laying of Control Cables (2x2.5)mm2/ (4x2.5)mm :
88Laying of different size of (2x2.5)mm2/ (4x2.5)mm2control cables i.e. from Buchholz realy to Marshalling box Marshalling box to indication protection board in switch gear room, 33 KV CT’s to CT’s Junction Box, 33 KV CT, 33 KV PT, V.C.B. Control Panel Junction Box to 33 KV VCB control panel and control panel to 33 KV VCB outdoor operating mechanism panel from T/F etc. in the cable trench including making proper connection at Buchholz Relay, Marshalling box and indication board as per required for installed equipment.
89Erection of 11 KV Feeder Double Pole:
90Erection and grouting of 2 Nos. STP-55-11Mtr long for making DP Structure including fabrication fixing of G.I. Channel, G.I.Angle, TPMO, Fuse Set, disc, insulators, pin insulators No. Plate, Danger board, barbed Wire (02 Kg per Pole) etc. the work includes supply and fixing of necessary clamps size 75x10mm with G.I.Nuts bolt & washer, bolts and washers. The work also includes grouting of Double pole support in C.C. 1:3:6 (cement, Core sand & stone ballast) in block of size (0.45m x 0.45 x 1/6 length of the pole) including earthing of Double pole with G.I. earthing rod complete in all respect.
91Providing & wearing of 160 mm dia, 3.0 mtr long G.I. pipe in the feeder cable & 33 KV Cable of size of (3x300, 3x185)mm2 XLPE 33KV/11KV power cable before making the outdoor cable boxes. The work includes the sealing of G.I. Pipe, top end and lower end of the pipe is to be buried in to the ground about ½ m and proper dressing of cable etc. The work includes lifting, mounting and clamping of 11 KV feeder cable boxes on the feeder with double pole structure and making connections including supply of cable mounting clamps etc.
92Providing & fixing of SMC Danger board & Number Plate at each location as per specification of the drawing. Size 200mmx250mm & 3mm thickness with G.I.Clamp & nut & bolt
93Grouting of stay rods (16x1800)mm including all work of excavation, cement concrete in size (0.60x0.60x0.30)m in ratio 1:3:6 cement, sand, 20mm Stone grift) as per drg. Including back filling of soil and proper ramming etc.
94Fixing, tightening & nozzling of stay wire with stay rod with the poles of required tension as per drawing, including providing & fixing of Stay Insulators of 11KV and Stay Clamps.
95Painting of Structures :
96Painting of the all structures with one coat of ready mixed primer and two coats of ISI Mark Aluminium paint after rubbing with sand paper to the surface of the structure including labour and T&P complete in all respect.
97Installation of 33 KV Isolators:
98Assembling and installation of Bus Isolator on the isolator structure. Adjusting of operating mechanism in proper alignment so as to ensure smooth operation of the same. In case of Line Isolator proper operation of earth links shall also be ensured. The work includes fabrication for proper fixing if required.
99Installation of 33 KV Lightning Arrestors:
100Assembling and installation/mounting of 3 Nos. lighting arrestors on the L.A.’s structure/terminal gentry, complete with earthing and line connections. The work includes fabrication for proper fixing, if required.
101Installation of 33 KV Post Insulators:
102Installation of 3 Nos. PI on structure. The work includes fabrication for proper fixing, if required.
103Installation of 33 KV Fuse Set:
104Assembling and installation of fuse set on the fuse set structure. The work includes fabrication for proper fixing, if required.
105Installation of 33 KV VCB :
106Assembling and installation of 33 KV VCB on the VCB out door structure on the plinth. Adjustment of operating mechanism in proper alignment for smooth operation of the same. The work also includes fabrication of addition arrangement for proper fixing, if required.
107Installation of 33 KV VCB Control Panel for single T/F & Double T/F Control Panel.
108Carefully and safely shifting of 33 KV VCB control panel from outside of the switch gear room to inside of the switch gear room, grouting with anchor bolts in the floor, work also includes cutting & proper finishing of floor if necessary for completion of work. Placing and fixing of panel on foundation, bolts of proper size in proper position and alignment.
109Installation of 33 KV C.T.’s:
110Installation of 3 Nos. C.T.’s on the C.T’s structure. The work includes fabrication for proper fixing, if required to complete the work.
11133 KV CT’s Junction Box:
112Providing & fixing of junction box of size (400x400x150) mm made of G.I. sheet of 16 SWG in between 33 KV CT’s & control panel. The work also include making proper connection on the junction box and making all connection in between CT’s and control panel complete as per manufacture’s panel drawing including testing and commissioning of work etc. complete the work.
11333 KV Bus Bar Jumpering:
114Jumpering, including clamping/binding with ACSR Dog conductor/33KV 3x300mm2 XLPE cable with providing P.G.Clamp & other accessories with complet Job.
